Regular baker here 🙋♀️ finally tried one of her recipe. The flour to liquid and fat ratio are absolutely perfect, dough turned out so soft and fluffy. However I'd like to make a few changes from mistakes I've learned on my first attempt
1. Feel free to add a couple tsp of flour if your pumpkin filling was too watery
2. Replace regular sugar with icing sugar for the pumpkin filling because the top burns very quickly as the sugar crystallize in the oven. Which lead me to my 3rd point
3. The temperature given is too high. It should be bake at 170°C - 175°C for 25-30 minutes

Made this yesterday. Wow, this is so so so GOOD. Super soft and delicious. My pumpkin puree is a bit watery and the puree ooze out from the dough when at the twisting step. Will try again.

I had a big problem while mixing the dough. After pouring in the yeast milk mixture, I was unable to mix to a clean bowl but the dough became more and more sticky. Why is it so?

Hello ! Can I find out how to make the pumpkin purée less wet ? As I tried to make and my pumpkin is too wet even after removing all the water. All the pumpkin came out when trying to twist the bread 😭
For the fillings part, u can try to stir fry with low heat for just tiny while, then it will be dryer abit

Iwen, if you bake the pumpkin, it will have a richer flavour! Just cut into wedges and brush with a little bit of oil, then bake until soft.

Yup, is a non stick pan, but I applied butter to help protect the pan for long lifespan
