My mom lost over 170 pounds in 2 years so she can live a better and longer life for me and my sister. Sure this isn’t related to this weight loss journey but I still admire anyone who can even be determined enough to start. Keep it up, you got this.
A 20lb loss in 30 days is really freaking good! And it’s like you said. Progress in fitness is not a straight line, it’s more like an exponential curve. Once you push past that beginning flatline part, you will see dramatic improvements. Keep it up Scawwa!

You got this dude, i too have an overabundant zeal for eating but i luckily have really bad adhd so im always pacing back and forth (to the point that i walk 20 miles a day) and am generally a fan of exerting myself for fun (unfortunately i live in nebraska so surfing diving swimming hiking and rock-climbing are all off the table and those are by far my fave and those are the ones you can do for free *once you have the stuff😢) but i still need to actually start hitting a gym as being off my adhd meds means my hunger has increased drastically tho. Life is about finding the balance in a lot of ways but even im still working in that one lol. I found that as old as it is pokemon go is still a great motivater for a gamer lol.
I've found that the goal that motivates me most is to be a little better today than I was yesterday. Good on you for putting in the hard work, man. Keep it up

Im 6 foot 2 138kg now im 115kg you can do it my G its the 1st few months is the hardest but once you get through it it'll be smooth sailing all you need is a strong mentality and supportive friends and we know you already have those so Fighting my g we will be with you through your journey

Ive been in my own journey for the same time trying to shed weight and build my frame a bit. The progress does suck, especially when you see that scale not budge despite the effort you put into it. Keep it up scarra.
For that time frame and really at any age, 20 lbs of weight loss is a very respectable, healthy, and realistic amount of progress. This is goals right here.

consistency not thing else matters other that (food/ calories intake < calories burned) some people it’s hard to build muscle my self being 6’3” 130lb at one time I’m at 150lb now but it’s an every day thing I hate food somedays…also people burn calories at different rates doing different things try different cardio exercises I would say stay away from “run” in the beginning because many people lose confidence most people hate running 😂
Ya you just have to eat less calories but more times during the day and drink water too and if you can't stop the hunger feeling. If you know what i saying and if your exercising posture and the way you do it is really important, and stop eating after 6:00Pm after Cena aka dinner so you can sleep better and fasted all night But I'm no expert or Einstein listen or not it up to you but it's always been simple.
When I say I saw my phone notification for "Scarra Health Update", I was so scared for a good 10 seconds, but I'm glad he's okay and happy.
