I Left My Heart In SF

When I heard Tony Bennet’s smash hit throughout the late 60s, I thought it didn’t represent what was really going on in that beautiful city. I thought of writing some alternate words to it, but didn’t get around to it for 40 years. Then it collected dust for sixteen years. Finally, in a tribute to the great one, I performed it for the first time tonight.
