Stumbled across this video as I was looking at doing the Stratford park run for a warm up before the marathon in April next year - amazed to see Corinthian Court - I lived there back in 1996 but am now down in Cornwall. Great video Harry.
Gary love it - well observed, it was for the 10K I did there some time back. The grandparents were there cheering at the time, my legs were screaming but it was one of my stronger performances in terms of pacing. Great to have someone watching in Barnstaple! Lovely part of the world.

You’re one step ahead. It’s written up under the Jog On notes for video ideas. Definitely want to do it, I think that would be marvellous video. We’ll work something out once parkrun kicks off again, bring the dog!

Does the watch you're using automatically record the time after each 1k?
yep theyre called "splits" so you can see if uour too fast/slow
