Perfectly cooked steak. Though I prefer neither tenderloin nor Dijon mustard, must say the Crowne Plaza Guys have done a great job. I prefer Ribeye with just Salt n pepper.
They seem to be using American mustard. Not dijon. Also no resting on that steak look at all the juices flowing out.

ചങ്ങാതി .... സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിലെ കോഴി കഴിക്കാൻ പാലാരിവട്ടത്ത് പോയി. മൃണാൾ കഴിച്ച അതെ സ്വർഗ്ഗക്കോഴി അവര് പാക്ക് ചെയ്തു തന്നു. 280 രൂപയും വാങ്ങി.
വീട്ടിൽ വന്ന് അത് കഴിക്കാനിരുന്നപ്പോൾ ഉണ്ടായ സംഭവങ്ങൾ ഇവിടെ പറയാൻ പറ്റില്ല.
ജീവിതത്തിൽ ആദ്യമായി എന്റെ ഭാര്യ ദേഷ്യപ്പെട്ടത് അപ്പോഴാണ്. 🙏താങ്കളുടെ റിവ്യൂ ആണ് എന്നെ ഈ ചതിയിൽ പെടുത്തിയത്. സ്വർഗ്ഗക്കോഴി എന്നെ നരകത്തിൽ തള്ളിയിട്ടു. അത്രക്കും മോശം ഫുഡ് ആയിരുന്നു. എറണാകുളം നിവാസിയായ എന്റെ ജീവിതത്തിലെ ആദ്യത്തെ മോശം അനുഭവം.

സനു ഭായ് അന്നു അയാൾ കഴിച്ച ഫുഡിനെ വച്ചല്ലേ ആ അഭിപ്രായം പറഞ്ഞത് .... നിങ്ങൾ തീർച്ചയായും അവിടെ പ്പോണം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞോ.... അതെ ക്വാളിറ്റി അവർ നിലനിർത്താത്തത് മൃണാളിന്റെ കുറ്റാണോ നിങ്ങൾ ഉടമയോടല്ലെ അത് പറയേണ്ടത് .... അവരുടെ ശ്രദ്ധയിൽ പെടുത്തു .... മൃണാ ളലല്ലോ ....എല്ലാറ്റിന്റെയും അവസാന വാക്ക് ....
ഇതിനുള്ള മറുപടി ഞാൻ മൃണാൾ ഭായ് ടെ വീഡിയോ താഴെ തന്നെ എഴുതാറുണ്ട്..... ഇങ്ങേരു (മൃണാൾ )ഒന്നും അല്ലല്ലോ നമ്മുടെ നാവിന്റെ രുചി പറയുന്നേ??? നമ്മുക്ക് ഇഷ്ടമുള്ളത് നമ്മൾ വേടിച്ചു കഴിക്കാ.... പിന്നെ നമ്മ കഴിക്കാത്ത അറിയാത്ത food ഒക്കെ കഴിക്കുമ്പോ പരീക്ഷണആയി കഴിക്കാം അല്ലാതെ ഇയാൾ പറഞ്ഞതോണ്ട് കഴിക്കരുത്... ഞാനും ഇങ്ങനെ കമന്റ്‌ ഇടാൻ കാരണം എനിക്കും അനുഫവം ണ്ട്.....
അല്ല മൃണാൾ അല്ലല്ലോ രുചിയുടെ അവസാന വാക്....
അതേഹത്തിന്റെ രുചി വേറെ നമ്മുടെ ഓരോരുത്തരുടെ രുചി വേറെ......

എനിക്കുണ്ടായ അനുഭവം ഇവിടെ പങ്കുവച്ചു എന്ന് മാത്രം. മൃണാൾ നല്ലൊരു വ്ലോഗ്ഗെർ ആണ്. അദ്ദേഹത്തെ നമിക്കുന്നു. പക്ഷെ മോശം കാര്യങ്ങൾ മോശം എന്ന് തന്നെ പറയണ്ടേ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളെ.
അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ റിവ്യൂ നോക്കി പോയിട്ട് പല സ്ഥലത്തുനിന്നും ധാരാളം ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള വ്യക്തിയാണ് ഞാൻ. ഇന്നേവരെ ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരഭിപ്രായം പറയാൻ ആരും ഇടയാക്കിയിട്ടില്ല. സ്വർഗ്ഗക്കോഴി എന്ന പേര് ആദ്യമായിട്ട് കേട്ടപ്പോൾ ഒരു കൗതുകം തോന്നി. അതിന്റെകൂടെ മൃണാളിന്റെ റിവ്യൂ. വേറെന്തുവേണം.
ഒന്നും ആലോചിക്കാതെ ആരോടും ചോദിക്കാതെ അവിടെ പോയി ഭക്ഷണം വാങ്ങിയ ഞാൻ തന്നെ കുറ്റക്കാരൻ.
