Sir ji aapka review achha laga. Hamara bhi same freeze hai, 3 saal hogaya. Aaj current hi nahi aa rahahe freeze mai. Stabilizer lagaya hai hamne starting se . Technician ko bulana padega, wo kya bolega pata nahi . Dekhte hei. Sir ji apka video last dekhte hansi aagayi. Saare daal masale achar , ghee .sabkuchh freezer me dal diya aapne taaki unko bhi garmi se jaldi rahat mile👍😀😀

I bought the same model from Flipkart, looks wise everyone gonna like it but trust me don't fall for it. this refrigerator starts giving me surprises in just 370 days. I'm facing the same issue with my refrigerator (sometimes PCB damage, Colling fan damage, light not working, display damage etc.) we have already replaced all of them, then also it is not working properly, I wished I could have seen all these reviews earlier😒 whirlpool customers and partners service...My God worst service ever😬😬
You just ask an expert fridge mechanic to convert it from (pcb remov) automatic to manual mode then you will not face any problem. I hope this will help. By the way how is your fridge working now?

I have buy Neo intellifresh 375 ltr fridge, but facing same issue, Lower part not cooling and Upper part is ok, i have change Fan on local Mechanical only 1000 rupies, but again facing same problem due to this time Fan running very well but this time Heater problem found, and company price is near about 5000. In the local market not available this part.

Brother, I am thinking of filing a case against Whirlpool, it is selling such a poor product to as many people as I have sold this fridge to, all the people are going to have problems within two years, this is a fraud on the public, I too had the same problem. In one and a half year, the freeze of Waharpool was removed and LG took it, it has been two years, there has been no problemEven before this, used Samsung fridge for 14 years, never needed any repair. Whirlpool is a fraud company

I'm with my third replacement aswell! But mine is 450liters model having same exact issue. Ice cream melts at freezer and there's water leaking inside the vegetable tray inside! Is your issue fixed if yes how let me know

Im also facing the same issue all of sudden it stopped giving cooling , but in my case, deep freezer is working fine but fridge is not working at all..i never used whirlpool before i always use to buy samsung and trust me its been 10yes and there was no such complaint like that..i regret buying this product..seriously waste off hard earned money on this product..

Humare paas whirlpool ka stainwash washing machine tha. PCB kharab ho gaya tha uska , replacement ke baad max 10 din tak chala. Better to avoid whirlpool appliances in India.

मैंने भी दो साल हो गये यही माॅडल लिए । फ्लिपकार्ट से लिया था । अभी एक महिना हो गया डाउन पार्ट ठण्डा नहीं हो रहा ह और बर्फ भी नहीं जम रही है । थोड़ी-बहुत ख़ुद से कोशिश कि एडजस्ट करने की लेकिन बात नहीं बनी । आज यह विडिओ देखा तो लगा काश ना खरीदा होता । लगता है अब टेक्निशियन को बुलाना ही होगा ।
मैंने भी करीब 350 दिन पहले ही same fridge Amazon से लिया था,ट्रांसपोर्ट में आते आते 3 बार फ्रिज बुरी तरह डैमेज pic आया था। आखिर में ठीक आया,पर वो भी कुछ डैमेज था जो की बाद में पता चला। पूरे साल भर खींच अच्छे से चला पर अभी पिछले पांच-छह दिन से उसमें कूलिंग का इशू हो रहा है कूलिंग बिल्कुल नहीं होती है आग और बर्फ भी नहीं बनती है और अभी मेरा वारंटी पीरियड पूरे होने में सिर्फ आठ 10 दिन बाकी हैं। मुझे लगता है डोंट बाय फ्रॉम अमेजॉन
वारंटी ख़त्म होने से पहले तुरंत कंप्लेंट करो और company के सर्विस man को तुरंत बुलाओ.... तो आप का फ्रिज तुरंत free में ठीक हो जायेगा. 👍

Yes same model 265 liter..the worst product by whirlpool please don't buy. Not my compressor is not working just 1.5 year huva.. 10,000 ka kharcha uper se PCB bhi kharab bol rahe hai.

Technician ne kaha ki voltage problem ho gyi hogi aur 1230 rs.le liye.530rs.apna charge aur 700 ka koi saman lagaya.jinka price hmne bahar pta kiya to 280 ya 300 rs me mil rha h .aur ye log koi paper work bhi nhi krte ki inhone kb kitni baar parts lag rhe h aur kharab ho jate hain.itna expensive fridge lo fir itni jldi fir isme paise dalo I am so depressed. Please don't buy.
