u said that in the formula for torque in design of key 'd' is the dia of the key and is equal to half of dia of shaft
but(TORQUE=FORCE X PERPENDICULAR DISTANCE FROM THE POINT AT WHICH FORCE IS APPLIED) T=F x R(R=d/2) here r is the distance from which the force is applied
but anyways your explanation is nice and easily to understand thanks fr the video
