This is enjoyable banter between these guys. I'd have to go with Randy Moss though. Get real, he scored 23 touchdowns. Even Bill Belichick says he learned from Randy. Think about how astounding that is. But if Tom can develop a synergy with Brown like he has with Edelman, plus maintaining his connections with Gordon and his backfield guys, the rest of the league is in trouble.
AB is gonna be the first high profile signing with the XFL... just as soon as Jim McMahon signs that big-a*s check. That's instant interest, PR (bad or good...it won't matter. AB instantly garners interest), and credibility.
Dude you do know he's still playing, he's gonna surpass Moss's numbers. Plus this society doesn't believe in individualality, they both or good in their on right.
AB made Big Ben, not the other way around. AB was FIRST receiver to have over 1000 return yards the same YEAR he had over 1000 receiving yards. Return yards speak to his talent that has nothing to do with the quarterback. AB is the best right now. Randy Moss may be the best ever. ONLY Jerry Rice has a better resume'.
Whenever anyone is discussing anything about anyone, pay very close attention to where their remarks land: personality vs. performance. As Marcellus posited, we must have a "laser focus on performance" less we permit the mediocre to skate by. The cult of personality knows no bounds. Those who put their energy on personality, charisma and likability are the eternal enemies of true meritocracy. They seek to reduce the world to an American Idol popularity contest where likability reigns supreme and merit takes a back seat. In the kingdom of the mediocre, geniuses die untimely deaths. The mediocre's greatest desire is to eradicate meritocracy and replace it with a likeatocracy where likability determines who gets to play, who gets admitted, who gets hired, who gets promoted and who gets awarded. It is only in a cesspool of mediocrity that their Confederation of Dunces can rule over all. The mediocre must never be allowed to thrive for their rise will always be the greatest threat to mankind. History is filled with mediocre men and women being promoted beyond their competence to the detriment of nations. Every time a mediocre human being is admitted, hired, promoted or awarded in this society, meritocracy and mankind moves one step closer to extinction. As a society, we must have the collective will to make the conscious decision to declare war on mediocrity. Otherwise we shall go the way of all other extinct species.

Most people wont agree (because of bias) ...BUT Ben was NOT considered a HOF QB before AB (even though he had won 2 SB's )..His numbers were not on point until AB came into the picture . Ben was not considered a leader back when the Steelers won the SB's ----Harrison , Troy et al were...Ben never won MVP of the SB . In his first SB , Ben had the lowest QBR ever ( if I am not mistaken). Dont make it seem like AB's success was because of Ben ...AB's success came from working harder than ANYONE.............And for the record , I have been a Steelers fan since 72 and I also think Moss is the most talented WR of all time ..

Yes I think they will. I also think if they do not and loose to the chiefs in the nfc championship they will trade Brady unless his contract doesn’t allow that. In my opinion if they don’t make the Super Bowl Tom will retire. With Tom I see him being to proud to play any where else. Rightfully so he is the goat. Coming from a colts fan. You can’t not root for Tom. I hope that unless it’s the colts in the championship game I’ll root for Brady. He is impossible to dislike.

BTW.. AB MAY HAVE BEEN ALWAYS LIKE THIS, BUT IT SEEMS LIKE SOMEONE TURNED ON AB'S ANTENNA ALL THE WAY UP. AND TUNED THAT FREQUENCY AT AN ACUTE LEVEL.. IF THIS AINT STAGED BY HIM. YOU GUYS MAY NOT WANT TO TALK ABOUT THAT KIND OF STUFF IN THE MEDIA, BUT PEOPLE ARE ALREADY TALKING ABOUT IT AND OBVIOUSLY YOUR OWNERS DO NOT WANT TO ENGAGE IN THAT KIND OF STUFF UNLESS IT BENEFITS THEM. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PEOPLE GOING AWOL WHEN THEY ACT IN AWAY THAT IS NOT THEIR FAULT?

AB is one of the great WR is the history of the nfl. Is he gonna score 23TDs no probably not but his impact will be huge
Marcellus always talking it straight.
Randy Moss was a beast just throw it he had it
You can definitely question AB’s character.... but his game is TIGHT
Him on the pats is like a cheat code they gone shine regardless
This is enjoyable banter between these guys. I'd have to go with Randy Moss though. Get real, he scored 23 touchdowns. Even Bill Belichick says he learned from Randy. Think about how astounding that is. But if Tom can develop a synergy with Brown like he has with Edelman, plus maintaining his connections with Gordon and his backfield guys, the rest of the league is in trouble.
Venus Love Factor so it’s all about touchdowns? AB has six straight seasons with 100 catches that’s just as impressive
AB is gonna be the first high profile signing with the XFL... just as soon as Jim McMahon signs that big-a*s check. That's instant interest, PR (bad or good...it won't matter. AB instantly garners interest), and credibility.
Lavar makes sense only about 15% of the time ......this wasn’t one of those times
Who?
LaVar Arrington....guy on the far left
Let’s not get it twisted. Randy is the GOAT!
Randy moss in his prime vs Antonio brown in his? It's not even close
This should not even be a conversation AB is not in Randy Moss shoes period.
Dude you do know he's still playing, he's gonna surpass Moss's numbers. Plus this society doesn't believe in individualality, they both or good in their on right.
They right the man is on a whole new level then what Moss ever was
NOBODY:
WHITLOCK; Y'all are making my point.
People forget....Moss was 6’4 with short area quickness too. They were just so infatuated with his deep balls
AB is one of the best route runner in the game today.
If you mean free lancing, then yes. He is a great route runner.
@@theocratickingdom30 well yeah, but he actually can run all the the route tree. He sees how he's being guarded and improves at times.
The convo should’ve been over when the stats went up .... AB is on if not better than Randy Moss level
Your absolutely right 👍🏾 these clowns on the show and in the comments act like they just didn't see that! 🙄🤔😂
He will have a different impact . Surely he can eclipse Moss's numbers there .
I sometimes feel folks forget about Megatron when they speak about AB's career. I'll take Calvin in his prime over AB any day.
They only talking about Moss because he came to the patriots around the same time as brown did in their respective careers. Obviously Megatrons Talent speaks for itself but this is about pats receivers.
Uh? Regardless of what Whitlock thinks. Jeff George, Culpepper & Cunningham could throw like HoFers!!
Dont make it seem like AB's success was because of Ben ...AB's success came from working harder than ANYONE.............And for the record , I have been a Steelers fan since 72 and I also think Moss is the most talented WR of all time ..
yall say all this about moss and yes moss is a great wr but the difference from moss and ab is moss loves to run pass you and then want u to throw it up there and he will get it most of the time ab u can put him anywhere and he will go across the middle and take hits but moss is scared to take a hit
False Randy Moss can go over the middle, but his Teams generally scheme him deep routes to open up underneath routes against Tampa 2 defenses.
Watch him play he did go over the middle he was just so good at going deep that his coaches wanted him going deep 75% of the time
You Know AB Victory is gonna be Big....with the volume of people that are shitting on him currently,he gonna win big! When so many hate you and you still standing that means God is Carry you!!....if i was him i wouldn't grant another interview to put money in their pockets again ever..unless it is obligated by the team or league to do so!...Just get money win championships and say absolutely nothing! Get Money and WIN! This Offense was powerful before but now its over once he hits the field!!!
Ab might be a bust in ne , sometimes its all about chemistry between qb & receiver.... a dozen top receivers left brett favre and then nobody heard out of them again... dont discount the impact of big ben on ab success, the patriots fit remains to be seen , if it doesn't work out by week 8 he'll be up for sale
shows you how much randy knows the game.chad johnson had gas left in the tank and could not get on the field
chad was fading
Yes I think they will. I also think if they do not and loose to the chiefs in the nfc championship they will trade Brady unless his contract doesn’t allow that. In my opinion if they don’t make the Super Bowl Tom will retire. With Tom I see him being to proud to play any where else. Rightfully so he is the goat. Coming from a colts fan. You can’t not root for Tom. I hope that unless it’s the colts in the championship game I’ll root for Brady. He is impossible to dislike.
Whitlock always hating on somebody bruh
AB a better version of Troy Brown.
AB was force fed like no other receiver ever.
Regardless of what these talking heads say, I'm still starting him in fantasy against Miami lol
The reason he wont have the same impact is simple its bc AB isnt 6'4 and the fastest and most athletic player in the league
I’m sorry but we’re going to see how good Big Ben is this year
Yeah and do the patriots have a SB win with Moss? Yeah he is great and a smart player. AB is better fit for this offense. I don’t like bill decision to play AB, put him on list and wait.
AB is not on the same planet 🌍 with Randy Moss
Jerry Rice and Moss are from a different Universe
john KnowsSports only wide out on those planets megatron and TO that’s it
Moss makes Jerry rice look like a system receiver TBH
I think ab is better than jerry rice
You people have obviously never seen Jerry Rice play. haha- Randy Moss is great but for Moss to get to rice level/numbers he would need his numbers and another starting wr.It's not even close.
The only thing Whitlock should comment on is KC BBQ
AB on the same level as Randy moss???? Are we even speaking the same language?
Zero comparison between Moss and Antonio Brown. Stop it
Dut Rel you right ab has better numbers lol
RANDY MOSS THE GOAT!
Moss way better then AB clearly Moss great all around athlete. Hoop and baseball. And of course football not even close
Maybe Antonio Brown made an QB an HoF too in Big Ben. Big Ben owns the worst qb average ever in a superbowl game won by the QB. And the steelers lock awful!! Without AB. Even when Big Ben started
AB will never be as Good as Rice or Moss, nobody would choose his skill level over theirs even if he beats any of their records
YourBioDad he’s already as good as them.
Anybody that has ever watched the two of them play would never choose AB over either of them
What hall of famer did Moss make?
The bald headed guy probably thinks the earth is flat also
"Mooooooooooooooooosssssssssssssssss!!!"
People are forgetting what a special player AB is...look how awful big ben look without him
Randy Moss at Raiders 1 year had 3 injuries played and should not have still mad am a Old School Raiders Fan they used him Grrr
❤
AB is attitude and actions are worse than TO and Moss they barely made it to HOF because of that AB would not see the HOF
My initial concern is that this Clown doesn't end up having a negative impact on Gordon. Gordon has the potential to be so much greater than A.Clown if he can get his life straight.
BTW.. AB MAY HAVE BEEN ALWAYS LIKE THIS, BUT IT SEEMS LIKE SOMEONE TURNED ON AB'S ANTENNA ALL THE WAY UP. AND TUNED THAT FREQUENCY AT AN ACUTE LEVEL.. IF THIS AINT STAGED BY HIM. IT COULD BE MK ULTRA STAGED BY SOMEONE ELSE..
THERE ARE PLENTY OF PEOPLE EFFECTIVE BY THESE THINGS BUT HAS NOT BEEN PROVEN BY DOCTORS BUT WHAT HAS BEEN PROVEN IS THAT THE GOV(PRIVATE COMPANIES) HAVE THE ABILITY TO SEND MESSAGES TO PEOPLE AND MAKE THEM COMMIT CERTAIN ACTS (EXAMPLE SUPERMAN, WHEN LEX LUTHER WAS TALKING TO SUPERMAN ONLY BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONE WHO CAN ONLY HEAR THE SIGNAL). WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PEOPLE GOING AWOL WHEN THEY ACT IN AWAY THAT IS NOT THEIR FAULT?
WITH ALL THAT BEING SAID, AB DID SCORE A TD IN THE 1 SECOND HE WAS THERE IN WITH THE PATRIOTS.. LMFAOO
A.B. runs routes on a whole better. Randy only ran the Go route and the slant.
Randy only ran the Go route better. Every other route A.B. is way better.
P.s. I don't like A.B. either.
wrong, all you guys are wrong. AB is going to be a bigger player. The Messi of receivers
10:39 fool how many bubble screens and quick hitches did he take for big yardage???
100%
AB is dangerous.ask the New Orleans Saints.in the playoffs this year
just ask his trainer
Moss was super talented but the truth is that he was a diva and a crybaby quitter.
No heart what so ever unless things are going good and his way.
He quit on the Raiders and he quit on the Vikings.
ThePICDeathrAD 100 touchdowns plus in a career and you say no heart. Ok
Whit-lickup better be cautious, any day he could be in a accusation scandal. He thinks he has bootlicking equity built up wth his colleagues. Whit-lickup hve u hrd of karma? Whit seems to gt a kick out of stomping CERTAIN people whn they are dwn.
By certain people, am gonna take a wild guess, you mean black people?!
you can compare AB to J Rice.
not moss.
you can compare Jordan to Kobe,
not LBJ
A.B and Kobe don't belong in either of these analogies- haha
@Joseph Savoie I'm saying ab and Kobe are not members of this class of conversation.
Agree
Watching Whitlock is like watching Rob Parker lmao
