Some really cool shots. I'm shocked a C-5 got above a 747. I was an engineer on the old A and B models....engines struggled and the plane leaked so much air you never go above 35,000. Some of the A models leaked so bad that the cabin altitude would be 8k while cruising at 25k. We'd shove trash wrapped in garbage bags trying to plug the door gapes...lol Fun times!!

Because the plane is at a constant speed. I believe what you mean by feeling speed is like when you get pushed back in your seat in a car when you accelerate quickly. That is caused by acceleration, which is changing speed. If an object is moving at the same velocity without changing, even if you are moving at 500 mph, you would feel stationary because there is nothing changing. You only feel acceleration when acceleration is happening.
