Thank you so much for posting this. I'm studying for my septic installer exam and this was really helpful to be able see things and how they work all together vs in 2D sketches on paper! Great job on the install too! :)
Thank you Andrew! I am glad I could help. I noticed there are a lot of videos but they were too in-focus for a certain part. Having a basic overview explanation is what I always need personally to understand the smaller details.
Thank you for the feedback! I had so many questions during the process as it was my first experience with this. I was just trying to make the overview video I wished was available for me! Glad its helpful for you too!
Hi there! Loved your explanation. I was wondering why you went for the pressurized system instead the traditional gravity? Was it the soil? The county? Or just a better system? Thx
I’m curious how you learned to do this? Do you have any recommendations on books or online courses? I have found very little information on the subject. Thank you.
Did you go straight to n engineering firm or to a septic company for your design? I need to refashion my pressurized system but need a design plan so I purchase the correct items. Thanks!
Sorry I just saw there are comments on here. I got the design of the system from an authorized septic system designer as required by our county to install. Considering the money we saved doing it ourselves, it was worth the money to have her design it (even if we weren't required). Good luck!!
Finally turned on notifications so I’ll be more responsive. If anyone is looking into more DIY projects like this or homesteading DIY (coming soon) please also follow my blog. I am more active here. Nice video. One of the best explanations I've come across. Thank you for the effort! Uploads like this make youtube worth the commercials.
Thank you so much :)
