As a Nampa native here are some tips that sheltered people won’t tell you. Don’t hang around 4th and Northside, 2nd and 4th, 8th and 8th, 7th and 7th, or in apartment complexes on Southside Blvd unless you want trouble or absolutely have to. Don’t send your kid to Nampa high unless you want to possibly expose them to the gang and criminal lifestyle, or any school in Caldwell honestly. Don’t go to the fast mart off 6th over by the car dealership, that’s the hood store. And do not wear 49ers, Raiders, or Dallas Cowboys merch unless you look like someone who won’t fight, or you’re really down with the gang. Be safe, it’s not the same as Chicago or LA but shit can get wicked
I'm really loving your new videos, Isaac! ❤ You now provide a very nice in-depth look at each community you cover with really good screen presence and delivery. 👍👍👍 Nobody is doing these kinds of videos at this level, and they really help someone decide if the community is for them. 👏👏👏
Been living here since 2016. Nampa sold out for the taxes. Freaking apartments and condos gallore. Investors buying farm land to covert to residential. Traffic to Boise is insane. Thanks for turning us into California.
Not to pull any seniority but my family has been here decades before 2016. I’d be willing to bet you don’t consider yourself part of the growth do you? That being said, growth is inevitable
@Topidahorealestate Growth is strategic. Once upon a time cities would impose moratoriums to see how the growth is effecting the area. Massive growth at rapid scale brings all kinds of issues. But then again, you have to think outside your bias to know this. One doesn't have to be against something if done responsibly.
Send? Wish I had that kind of influence. I’m just putting out information. Are you going to pay me on the back for helping people realize Nampa isn’t where they want to move?
Its quite common for people in Nampa to include Caldwell and Meridian as part of their area. Its no big deal really, I regularly travel across Ada and Canyon county and I refer to the whole area as the Treasure Valley and rarely know exactly where I am at. It’s all basically connected so who cares.

@@Topidahorealestate I will definitely stay tuned. It's much appreciated and thank you for putting a lot of effort into these new videos. 👍👍👍
Informative!
I’m glad you found it useful!
I love how he doesn't mention the nasty parts of Nampa (Southside and geenhurst and by the railroad tracks)
Pretty comical. I grew up off south side and green hurst. Not trashy at all.
Nobody calls it the Idaho interchange. It's the Garity exit
Sure thing

Dude, wtf? Send them to Caldwell, Twin Falls area, Boise, up north, or Eastern places. We are already too crowded here now.

Sunnyslope is Caldwell. Lizard Butt is just outside Marsing (half an hour from Nampa). Either this guy is not educated, or lies
Rude!
