These houses have been selled in other episodes. The 3rd house has been selled to a couple with a child then yesterday to a lady..I didn't see this episode till the end because I got angry. All the houses have been sold multiple times. I am from Rhodes Greece

I grew up going to 2nd Street hermosa, so not only is that first house the only one directly on the strand, it's at 2nd Street where I grew up. When I was a kid these were dilapidated multi apartment dwellings that through the 80s and 90s were developed into these multi-million dollar homes. Something they don't talk about is the security down by the beach these days
Traffic and/or crowds, they wanted on the sand and House #1 offered that? They just had to cough up a little more money but very much worth it to be on the beach 10 seconds out the door.
House #1 is gorgeous - tbh they all look like they are out of their league but they have a 10 mil budget - okay. I'm confused with her tights and boots?
You'd be surprised. I grew up and work in that area people are not dressed to impressed in this side of LA. Not Beverly Hills, it's beach cities so everyone just wants to be comfortable and chill although they have all that money in the bank.
It’s weird how the buyers choose the house for the atmosphere , she ‘s looking at the “ cozy” atmosphere, the plants!.. and not the square feet, position, roofdeck, build year, land around the house… : all things that you can’t change! When decoration, cabinets, appliances , atmosphere.. are all aspects that you can change, especially with the budget they have.
These two are absolutely not a couple she's very uncomfortable around him he gives weird vibes...this show kills me sometimes with the bad actors She keeps laughing at everything like the price they say they can spend it's awkward
In my humble opinion and I may be wrong, but they sold their soul to the lower realm. When you allow yourself to be parasitized by negative entries you get rewarded. This trade will bring money and depending on the contract you make it varies. The human loses autonomy and is stuck with this possession unless they want out. Payback is not fun. Most of the rich and very rich had help from the lower realms. This kind of help is not worth the huge price. Stay humble and seek God’s help and the rewards will be priceless.
