The dmv are the legal registration on the question is it new,used or demo is the legal standard. If you said it was new when it was a demo you are breaking the law. The fact that a lease agreement you made doesn’t list the demo option on it is your problem and not legal to say it’s new when the dmv calls it a demo. And the price to repair the accident did you company do the repairs or was it a paint and body shop? If you did the repairs at your company I want to see the invoice and three estimates on the price of repair to make sure it was repaired properly and was charged at correct price.

I want to see the damages as the insurance company took pictures and did a report,I want to know who did the repairs,I want to see repair invoice and any other estimates you got for the repairs. If they underbid the repair cost so they wouldn’t have to disclose it or if they didn’t do all the repairs like new tires or alignment etc…
On the dmv registration there are three choices. New, used or demo and you lie on that and said it was new when you admitted it was a demo which will cost the buyers a lot of money it registration fees.

Probably didn't want to go to jail for contempt of court. All these judges specifically state you can't record or republish the trials. Yes, they do have the power to do that.
