That church sale was awesome!! I could have done some damage in there!! That stadium cake mold was pretty cool. Never seen anything like that. At least that is what I think it was. Probably not your cup of tea but stuff like that when in lots sells pretty good. The older and more unique the better. I have a friend in NY that has a bakery and goes crazy over that stuff and says most do. Just might not be a huge audience for it. Nice haul!
Great church sale haul john and that garage sale was pretty good.🎉😮 You have been doing well with the cooking utensils and items that sell really good.😍 Love your new truck it's awesome and I like the color.🤯 Keep it up. Take care.👍🔥❤️💪👌
If people are having yard sales for items they have not touched , looked at or care about, or inherited WHY are their prices so crazy high$$? Guess they want to put them all back in the house. Just put it all for .25 cents to under $10.00 and your house is nice and clean....ready for more stuff :>)
Because in the last 3-4 years reselling has exploded in popularity thanks to channels like this and people feel much more inclined to get what they think is a fair deal. Prior to 2020, if you told most people at their yard sale that you were a reseller, they didn’t even know what that was.
Imo if people are inclined to get top dollar, then they should take the initiative and sell these items appropriately and a garage sale isn't meant for top dollar. Never has and never will be. At the end of the day, the joke will be on the home owner when they have to lug all that stuff back inside. Lol. Not to mention most of these people have no clue what they're selling and have no clue how to mark an item appropriately. I'm not saying for them to give their items away but the home owner should be mindful of the prices they put on stuff with regards to condition, value amongst other things. No one is paying top dollar for something at a garage sale that's dirty and or broken.
Not to mention most resellers put in the time and the money to buy stuff, clean it, test it, post it, ship it, etc. Idk why so many stores, home owners, etc care what resellers do. They're putting in the work. And that's why when certain stores raise their prices to block resellers everything sits on the shelf. Lol. The whole goal for these stores and these sales is to move the items. Lol.
Great pickups John ! Yea, sale slowing down as it get colder around here. Those church sales are nice..just have to battle everyone for elbow room sometimes. Stay safe and keep pickin !
The white and red coffee mug didn't make it into the final wrap up! Was it a Fire King mug by chance? Great video once again, John! Cheers from Canada!
Surprised you wont make a bit of profit on the Nordic cake pan as they are so expensive new. People tend to use them only once for a special birthday then kid likes something else next year! 😄

Some people inherit homes from family that they don't need but times are hard and people need money.
I was so excited to see that somebody still makes back windows that open!! I thought they were all gone. Love it.
I thought that was so cool! I’ve never seen that before where it’s automatic.

I bought a Bell helmet last year for .75 and sold it for $350. They're not all like that, but the older helmets are gold!
Heck yeah!
Man, you have been on fire with the uploads lately. If I ever have a yardsale in Covington you'll get first dibs!

At 7:23 there's an old fiberglass handled hammer on the table. It's either an old Craftsman or a Belknap. They sometimes bring decent money
Kinda surprised you passed on all the tech deck stuff, A lot of those can go for some big money.
Honestly I missed it. Good eye!
John should do seminars how to negotiate he is the best at it😂
Why should garage sale prices not keep up with the current inflation.
Poor Creed 😢😂
Point and shoots are still under the radar.... love picking them up on the cheap. Look for the XD cards in the Olympus cameras. They sell really well.
