@@batjdgman he's the one doing the work of taking the photos, creating the listing, storing it, packaging it once it does eventually sell on top of paying the fees to ebay for the listing. Most people don't want to put in all that work and i'm sure you're one of them.
Yesterday I went to a local garage sale because they were advertising a specific brand of high end women's clothes. They handed me two bags of clothing and said it was mine just for the taking. I ended up with about 150 pieces tops and pants and summer dress. Almost all of the clothes were new, never worn. I did spend $5 for a few decorator items. The bottom line is they were just desperate to get rid of as much as possible and move on. I was able to benefit many individuals using these clothes.

Hey John, pretty sure that copper watering can is not old. Pottery Barn sold those a few years ago. You can tell by the rivets and the welded joints.
If your Levi’s jacket is made in USA, it’s pre-2002 and worth more. Made overseas is not vintage. Either way, they sell!

Some of the coins were cleaned, big no no. Mint set are a good buy. $30 is a steal. Stone mt. about $60, D. Boone $100 or more depends on condition. Dad will be HAPPY! Nice video, Thanks for sharing. JJ

AFX slot car track, should have checked that out. You can part out tracks for good money and the cars can go $20+ each. AFX, Carrera, Atlas are great slot car brands. I always part tracks out and sell cars individually.

Nice picks on all of that but for me the coins were a big score. The Stone Mountain and Daniel Boone commemorative halves are each worth way more than the $30 you paid for the whole lot. Nice!
I would hang on to the cooperstown jacket with the throwback logo. That stuff with that logo is gonna skyrocket with all this logo and name change stuff going on. That was a great pull . And the copper watering can was an amazing find . Love your channel brother. Hopefully we get some baseball back again soon. Wish we wouldnt have lost Trevor to your reds esp since Puig isnt gonna be back with my tribe this year.

when i go to yardsales i never like asking will u take this for it because i feel they already put the price on it that they want and when you give them a lower price i feel they get annoyed by it lol

A lot of sellers don’t mind and, in fact, expect buyers to try and negotiate a little. I have noticed that if something is priced really cheap already, John doesn’t try to low-ball them. “CP” could also stand for Classy Picker, IMO. 👍🏼

Wish my hometown was like yours. Lots of finding for the low.. Here most of yard sale are junk and the good ones want to sell like they a store. Even swap meets are like that, thanks to resellers ppl Google prices now.

Patrick Martin heat the sticker a little with a hair dryer on low setting, along with a Scotty Peeler (I purchased some on eBay) to lift and scrape it off. Works like a charm!

Looks like we hit all the same places, i spent most of the video looking for myself but based on things i bought from some of the sales i had already been to them. You made me regret passing on a few things for sure! I tried to buy the bobble heads but the woman who wasn't there told me something like $10 each for them so that is great you got them for $3!

I used to sell levi jeans if its vintage levis would have a big E on jeans. And jacket. Thry are really hard to find i had a buyer from japan offer me 1000.00 for a pair of jeans with Big E on them in 2001 hope this helps
