@ hard to say we usually go out Thursday or Friday only nights we are available. Could months back we scored about 600.00 days in cooked and raw shrimp. Cases still frozen. Must have just tossed out before we got there.
@Laura-qx3et back when I was in CT they called the police to my friend when they saw him doing that he did it in the day time, but guess what the police was so kind man didn't say anything bad just asked him to leave the place for the workers and gave him $10.
@@sdamd1303 we’ve encountered police and they either drive by saying nothing. Only one time they stopped and asked what we were doing, they really don’t have rights on private property to say anything or trespass unless they have permission from the owner of the property. Owner only one who can trespass you. Police can if there’s a no trespassing sign posted. They first have to ask you to leave and if you come back on the property you can get a trespass. Always check with your local ordinance laws. We also only dive after business hours.
@@dawnhall3886 you can be trespassed for being on private property by the owner. Police don’t have any jurisdiction on private property to trespass unless they have permission from the owner.
Awesome. But I don't think our local Aldi in Missouri will throw away anything. The workers themselves will take it then.
We dive aldis every week and never disappointed
@@Laura-qx3et do u do it at night after they close?
@Laura-qx3et what's the best days you recommend.

Yeah but what about bacteria from the container it's in or like if it gets too warm or something
I’ve been doing this for 2 years now and never been sick. I go on if it looks bad taste bad or smells bad. Don’t eat it.

What if it's on a recall list no thank you
Exactly
@@kyiadiamond9783 if you’re referring to the shrimp it was not on any recall list
What if they ben recall? And God forbid that make you sick?
Isn’t it against the law? Can you get arrested for doing this?
NO, dumpster diving isn't illegal. It's only a crime if it's locked and you break the lock or it's posted no trespassing. Otherwise its open season.

I only know the law in the state I live in. If it isn't posted, keep out its open season.
Olk when found the pack of 4 year aged cheese and the expiration date is 2020 and he then puts in the human that's when I stopped watching
