Last time I saw Miami in person, there were about three skyscrapers. I'm very much impressed by the modern skyline Miami continues to develop. Puts us northern cities on notice - we better step up our game if we don't want to be laughed at.
It looks to me as if "stepping up your game" will increase homelesness, dilapidation, trashy sidewalks and crime. What northern cities need to do is "switch games."

There is some, but nothing compared to other places. The point of my post was about the way northern cities are managed. And Western cities, by the way. All you need to do to create a slum is to get politicians to "create programs to help people" and blah blah blah. All those major cities on the west coast that are loaded with shantytowns, homeless campgrounds etc. have major programs to "combat homelessness." None of those programs create opportunities for those who want to work and succeed, who ultimately would foot the bills for those who do not. So what I tried to say is "they need to change strategies."

I'm trying to find rules for flying close to buildings for my buddies pool business using the DJI mini pro 3. he builds a ton of all the apt high-rise pools and wants me to get footage. I figured it would be better for the underweight regulations drone vs my Mavic pro 2.
