outside idea but i’d consider getting Sebastian Hoeness. Young manager from the Bayern Setup, did really well with Hoffenheim, didn’t renew and now hoffenheim are in a relegation battle. Would sorta be like Ten Hag/Arteta where you bring in a tactical manager with a clear idea and give them time to develop.

How many times do people talk about how spurs 'can't attract big managers (Tuchel, Enrique etc) before we then hire one? Yes we haven't won much in recent years but inside football we are a massive club. There's a reason we were in the super league, our revenue is massive, our fanbase both domestically and internationally is also huge, and yet 'pundits' talk about us like we are crystal palace 😂

So many Spurs fans are turning their noses up at Frank. I've seen numerous fans begging for Enrique. They seem to be refusing to learn their lesson. It's this imposter syndrome that Spurs suffer with that causes it, they seem to think that a big name manager makes them a big club.

Poch in is UNDOUBTEDLY the answer. Here is why:
    1. He’s the best blend of “long term” and not NEEDING to win right away, but has the knowledge of the club and the skill and pedigree to make the team win right away
    2. The emotional lift he would give everyone
    3. Attacking football
    4. He’d have a better chance of convincing Kane to stay than an unproven amorim or a Frank.
Anyone who disagrees with anything I’ve said I’d love to hear why. I’m convinced Poch is the best option right now

BUT where he is wrong is when speaking about poch’s end…the team was absolutely washed mate. It was SO stale. Look at some of the lineups thrown out towards his end. End of 18/19 Danny rose was playing CM in one of the games. Aurier RB. No quality LB. A HUGELY declined dele. Poch knows the squad and may be more likely to get them to top 4 than Mason. He would probably bring the vibes, they really need some positivity right now. I know it’s a hot take because Poch wouldn’t want a short term job like that but maybe big money can change his mind since he’s not doing anything. Plus his reputation is not as great as it once was. It would cost a lot but it can be the best option for spurs.

I just hope poch doesn't come back. What did he actually do during his time here? We finished second and third sure but we arguably had the best squad in the league both those years and yet won nothing. He's known for his youth record but he only bought one youth player through in his time there despite having players like madueke and walker peters who were clearly good enough if given any time at all and players like Alli and dier both completely fell off under him.
People always bring up how he got us to a champions league final but he didn't, he was dragged to the final by the individual performances of Lucas, son, and llorente. Even then he said he'd leave if we won which isn't exactly how you motivate your players to win and then went AWOL after he lost the final by playing an unfit kane and even that run was papering over the cracks of an awful domestic season.
He constantly complained about not being funded but spent more than Liverpool did during the time both klopp and him were managers.
He complained he didn't get to choose his targets but when we let him he spent over €130m on ndombele, lo celso, and sessegnon (baring in mind he chose them over dybala and Bruno Fernandes)
We had a constant issue with playing to the level of the team we're playing.
He only managed to make a single player bought under him into a regular which is obviously partly down to the players who were bought but before him we had players like vertonghen, alderweireld, rose, walker, dembele, wanyama, lloris, eriksen, and lamella and after him we've had kulusevski, Emerson, hojbjerg, Romero, bentancur. Do you genuinely expect us to believe we were only unable to buy any good players when he was in charge?
