I have a small query, if you can help - in the slicer 'Churn Status' if I have to also use ALL but have to rename it to something else, maybe 'Both', then how to do this. And once this done, how to custom sort this slicer to always keep the "Both" on top.

Could you help me understand how the groupings were decided? In the 'Add conditional column' window, I noticed that there is an overlap between the upper bound of a clause and the lower bound of the clause after it, for example, 1-1k and then 1k-10k. If we were to have someone with an account balance of 1k, it seems uncertain which grouping they would be in.
