if i want to start on lip art do u recommend using eye shadow, liquid lipstick or a lip palette?

I find liquid lipstick easy to use for blending because of its consistency and for fine details it's good too if you have a small brush. I like to use eyeshadows on top to set the liquid products or to give a different shimmery texture. Cream lipsticks work well too, so use them if you've got 'em. Try with the lip products you have first and then slowly increase your collection when you start getting into more lip art play time stuff.
