I can't recall or know the persons name, but in a previous reaction I watched someone left a comment like this -- definition of talent just shows a picture of Ren - - something to that effect. It's perfect description definition of talent, pure unadulterated talent is just pure Ren doing what Ren does. No matter the genre, he is his own genre and plays with genre's to make them his own.

Love your reaction! I've thought about this. The best description of Ren to me is that he is a musical visionary. From the scenes he chooses, to his direction and music production & mixing and his overall love and total embodiment of Music as a whole. That's what makes him so captivating. He makes us feel connected to him as if he's performing directly to me.
On a trip back to Brighton over a 10 day period, he and the other artists procued this. I would buy and listen to a whole album of music like this. PLease of please Ren, the 4 of you make that album. Music touches my soul rarely; however, Ren can sing anything and like a Pied Piper I am lead away to my happy doom.
Love this retake so much. So much in fact, I painted a scene using a snapshot photo from this video. I posted the finished piece, and Ren saw it. He even shared it on his instagram story. It’s hard to not be inspired by this guy 😊
Ren covers /re-imagines lots of people's songs. When he does that he usually uses the term "retake." Back on 74 is originally by an English group called Jungle. Ren has ALL the talent. He has risen above being a musician. He is truly an artist.
Here's a little video of behind the scenes rehearsals for this track and you'll note that Ren is still hard at it even with an IV drip in his arm!! Ren took 10 days away from his treatment, a couple of months ago. Whilst home he decided to put something together and this was the result. He wrote and arranged his verson, got the people together and rehearsed it. Asked one of his local pubs if he could film in there. Set up the audio, directed the video and did all the production. All in about a week! It was recorded live, in a single take, of course! As for the performance itself, well... Ren never ceases to amaze! With Ren that phrase really is true, rather than mere empty words. An incredible voice! A musical genius! A once in a generation talent! :)
Ren comes from Wales... so did Shirley Bassey and Tom Jones. It's something in the water there 😂😂 nice reaction. This was filmed at the Victoria bar in Brighton on the UK coast. Also the setting for The Who film production "Quadraphenia" also featuring Sting. Loads of influences.

I Bought the Police Album in 1979 / 80 This is better. In fact I Bought a Stero Record player ,to play it .and the old Lady fr downstairs was knocking on my Flat door in 5 minutes. Telling me the music was to loud .I'd not even got the Record player out the Box yet ,and fitted a plug to it.I just OK love won't happen again. Bless her woolly tights .
