My sermon notes for "The word of God// What to do when you are empty"? Week 6: 1.) You don't have to force it, if it is for you, God will ensure it comes to you. Trust that God will make the right things happen in your life. 2.) You are accountable for your own conduct. God has made you different and unique for his purpose or plan. Embrace your individuality as part of His divine strategy. 3.) Are you tired of being empty? Your soul knows what it needs to hear and the approval will only come from God. Your soul knows what it needs to be fulfilled, and true approval and satisfaction will come from God alone. Seek His voice for genuine contentment. 4.) Comparison is a cheap way to find out who you are, where you are going and what you are doing. Comparing yourself to others is a superficial way to understand your identity, direction, and purpose. True self-awareness and guidance come from God, not through comparison with others. 5.) You can compare hustle(effort), but you can't compare harvest (result). Focus on your own journey and trust God with the outcomes. What to do when you're empty?: (1) serve. Serving is always the soultion to empty selfishness, serving others is a remedy for self-centered emptiness. By giving of yourself, you find fulfillment and purpose. (2)sow. Invest in good deeds and positive actions. What you sow into others will eventually yield a return in your own life. and (3) step. Take steps of faith and obedience. Your style of delivering the Word is inaccurate, false teaching. God doesn't parent us the way we parent our children, we parent often from a human perspective instead from spiritual alignment (aka quid pro quo- you do that for me, I'll do this for you) .... God is the same & our Higher Self/ God doesn't change based on our behavior. We often miss what we desire because we live more from a lackful mindset than an abundant limitless alignment.
