If practitioners accept and often say when giving presentations on the latest updates on Lyme that it is an epidemic then they must also accept that when this disease is so often misdiagnosed as other ailments it means a silent epidemic of congenital or vertical transmission to the babies of misdiagnosed women and men.

Thank you for sharing this information. It’s good to know there is hope for many people who are greatly suffering from Lyme. And also for all of us who are not safe (unless you never leave your house) and can get infected any given day even in your own backyard. Thank you!🙏

Doctors will say that there is no such thing as Chronic Lyme, yet they will also tell you that you have a 30 day window to treat a Lyme infection. I’ve been dealing with this for years and didn’t realize I had Lyme until I tested positive across a number of bands. The doc said “it looks like your immune system felt with it.” Then why do i always feel like
I’m dying, doc? I’ll be so happy if there is a cure on the horizon.

A “massive unmet need beyond just Lyme”………that’s not a fun thing to hear for those of us who have really been through it. There’s such a (quite tragic) unmet need for the Lyme community for decades🫤
I did love hearing and feeling his excitement about their studies as he was talking about it while showing the diagrams (that were of spirochetes, not cancer like earth in the presentation). I’m still unclear if he has any hopes of getting to borrelia bacteria that are within biofilm…if anyone understood whether he felt that they’d be able to detect or even kill the Lyme bacteria within biofilm please share! Would greatly appreciate.
I’m kind of confused haha I think it’s a bit early for my brain? 1:04:54
