Peach Galette Recipe:
200gr of flour (all-purpose or any other of your choice)
Pinch of salt
100gr of cold butter
4 tbsp of ice cold water 🧊
Fruits of choice (🍑🍒🍓🍏🍎)
Sugar (2-3 tbsp)
1 egg yolk
