I wonder how punctual and obedient peoples are the foreign countries like USA,NEITHERLANDS,GERMANY,ITALY,FRANCE,SPAIN, SWITZERLAND,DENMARK,POLAND,FINLAND, and CANADA!!that there are obeying the strict rules by not going on cars over the tracks!but in lndia ,except a few well developed good cities,all citizens don't obey the rules everything in my land(CALCUTTA).
