As level 245 in tds I have some tips for new players. If u wanna play for a long time on tds don't buy Soldier, when u get level 30 don't claim crook boss, and don't get pyro or cowboy so when u get g crates you either get g mini or g scout both of which are really good. Early on buy militant and farm these towers alone can beat molten mode and will do it faster with support towers which u should get next. A good loadout for level 30-40 players is dj, commander, medic, farm, militant. When you reach level 50 grind out hardcore mode, you will lose a lot and it will take time but grind hardcore until you have accel and engi, I personally didn't like hc and grinding so it took me until level 150 to get engi and accel. After that if u can catch a sale of a event tower I suggest to you Gladiator, Sledger, Toxic Gunner, and Executioner. These are all really good towers, if u wanna get all the towers that come on sale though it's fine. Also only do normal mode ONCE. It gives 200 coins and it harder than Molten mode which is the best mode to do as it's easy and fast. Also don't buy skins save for Golden Crates asap.

You are the only person that agrees with me, I’ve always known that cowboy was good, but I just recently got him, and he is SOOO op, he is a really good defender while also a farm, especially if you stack them up, so lss, I think he’s the best. And I’d also put the demoman in good, he’s the best beginner tower imo, I still use him sometimes and when u just place 2-4 at the entrance, he defends soo well from early-mid game, but nice vid🔥
cowboy is a great tower imo, but the only problem is the hidden detection is really expensive so if you are using it as early defense in a solo match it can leak alot that's why i prefer warden for solo and cowboy for duos
turret and ranger should be in good tier. They are just too expensive for the dps they offer. Ranger also got a massive indirect nerf when commander got changed, since he was meta because of the commander.

If I had to place commando somewhere, it definitely would be at meh or trash. The missiles just suck, it’s dps is not very good, and it’s very expensive. Btw, this tower was the meta back then, being very overpowered, sad that below had to nerf this tower.
7:00 cause rocket in 2019 was better than current morter, and didnt need cliff space. after morter was released rocket was stronger, so they nerfed rocket big time to make morter look better.....which failed, the result was splash towers were largely unusable in tds till this very day.
rocketeer was good before the hc update where shield was changed and mortar and rocketeer were both nerfed bc they had been so good prior to the update

For 2:05 it depends on what type of commando ur going with. If ur going with the old commando (2019) It definitely goes in AMAZING but if ur talking new commando (2021-2022) then it is either in meh or trash. Old had godly dps rockets did so much damage only problem was no hd. New has bad dps rockets do like no damage and its just not good. Commando ranking just depends on which commando ur talking about whether old or new.
I quit TDS for a while because it was too grindy. I couldnt manage to get the golden scout because of all the time wasted on other trash golden units. I felt like i missed so many events and now i just feel depressed because of this.

Because They HELP other towers. Same goes for freezer. My rating? Okay. Theres better towers, but its honestly being trashtalked TOO much.
Even if freezer had another tower Added to the games, it still wouldn't make a difference to the game as freezer -will freeze for so little its just useless -does almost no damage either -its only real use is baiting stuns from stuff like templar. Atleast other lower tier support towers have some sort of unique thing about them. Electroshocker can slightly reduce defense while also stopping enemies for a noticeable amount of time. Pyro may not slow down but will do alot more damage and reduce defense much faster. Freezer? His defense reducing is is just as low as electroshockers but lacks the slowing capabilities electro has. The only use I saw freezer had was slowing down stuff like circuits, because they may have high health, but are small, but then again there's towers that can do that, but just better. Freezer needs a rework really soon.

golden pyro is the best golden tower for early (sorry gscout its true dont lie to yourself) it has insane dps for low price, defense melting, hidden detection from level 1 and its mostly the best option for early game in fallen, polluted and other special gamemodes and hardcore so it should be amazing (g scout should be amazing too its good for speedrunning and its cheap) and g soldier is the worst golden tower (i have it sadly) bc its really glitched boosts doesnt works itp and its upgrades nerf him bc of the glitches
