RULES EDITS:
Bolt Throwers get the 'Artillery' rule so they count as 2+ def against ranged attacks
Also at 32:30 the fanatics should have only rolled 6 dice (their tough value) for the dangerous terrain test
Also: you seem to be using the 2.50 lists, so Boing movement should be D3+1, not 2D3.

I really love how brutal combat in this system can be in this game and how quick it is to resolve hits and kills. The anticipation for 6s or 1s to be rolled really give heart attacks.

I mean seriously who puts as much into post production other than these guys. I don't even play 40k or age of fantasy but it's so damn entertaining to watch

I'm really liking your model collection, you're definitely well positioned to do some Old World content if you go down that route! Dunno if you're planning on doing this with Age of Fantasy but seeing a small narrative campaign featuring your High Elves would be awesome!
Cheers man, yeah im very keen on the old world & a full on narrative campaign would 100% happen. It might still with OPR and other fantasy systems, like man-o-war etc, might dip into mantic also.

Love the channel! Very minor feedback. The audio for you and your opponent were coming from the wrong sides of the mix (sounded like you were on the wrong side of the dice tray), would you be able to swap it around? Keep up the great OPR reports!
Cheers :D I can't swap it, its just the mic from the camera so there's no way to isolate the players, plus its not a camera that can accept microphone input anyway so i'd probably need a new camera to be able to do this properly. i was physcially on the left of the camera and I rolled from the left so it should match up but thats about the best Im willing to do :D
GREAT batrep! It was pins and needles on Turn 4. Really entertaining. That Goblin Slingshot seems a little too powerful imho but otherwise this was a battle for the ages.

The goblin thrower is absolutely mortifying. My friends have actually gathered together and agreed that I’m not allowed to take it in games cause it’s basically a guaranteed dead hero every round.

Not sure if the knife ears are that bad, or if you need new dice. Seemed like the Helves were outclassed by the goblins. Never played the High Elves, nor against them in Warhammer Fantasy, back in the day.
I think if we were playing warhammer fantasy then the goblins would've been fielding entirely too few models to stand a chance but OPR is a little more 'balanced' in that a similar number of units on both sides seems to match up. Its the balance VS specific army rules balancing act that warhammer fantasy often had - 1k of ogre kingdoms > 1k of goblins in warhammer fantasy because the rules are so much more involved. Which is great in all ways that aren't balance i guess. it is cool to have an army that does cool things that no other army does. Feel like OPR has simplified so many armies so that you can still get that flavour but without having units that are wildly different in 'power'. Its not a rich in rules as warhammer fantasy i think but it is a little more balanced, and a lot easier to remember :D I did try to shift dice to my hot skaven dice but to no avail :D

Yeah, most of these were the original metal models - He's even got the metal wyvern with orc shaman on it.
