It also doesn't help that riot javelin got a big damage nerf awhile back. Why they thought THAT move in particular was a problem compared to some of what we have now is beyond me.

But I’ve seen plenty of combo videos where it gives you a lot of set up potential. And some of them are bat sh*t Insane. So I think the damage it does is fine based on how much set up it has for tons of high damage/flashy combos.
Ice Cannon is actually disgusting when paired with Crush Cannon, lol or even something like Gigantic Roar if you've got the ki for it. Anything that puts out mad damage while the opponent is frozen. Personally I roll with Prominence Flash as the follow up Ult

@@CraftTest943 at 1000 ki+125 blast supers it can deal over 20000 damage which is higher than a good portion of health pools in the game, it has aimbot, there are super souls which max out your ki bar at the start of the match, and even if it somehow doesnt kill, it still puts both you and your allies in an extreme advantage.

Okay here's the thing with Revenge Death Ball. If you hit your opponent with a knock down attack and then throw the Revenge Death Ball it's going to land. But if you knock away attack it's not going to land. I tried it on my male Saiyan because male Saiyan have that long combination that leads to a knock away. Female Saiyan have that knock down attack
it's how good the ultimates are in PVP, not their overall damage output, final explosion is far harder to pull off in a match than EDB, or any ultimate on this list, plus the fact it requires stamina too continue your damage output means its not even close to the ultimates on this list

ngl using it as an evasive sucks. Most of the time you can just run back up to them and break their guard or do a reverse aura burst dash...

Well, a SYF has stronger Ki moves, so it could make sense. I find strikes easier to land on KB and ki easier to land on KD.
I absolutely love Power Wall, it's one of my favorite ultimates in the whole game for sure
