Wow, i have one of those Fabulous 50's Jordan's and it's a gold medallion. I remember buying way back in the mid 2000's and it wasn't until during Covid lockdowns and i pulled out my collection out of boredom and noticed it was a gold medallion. I really need to sit down and go over my collection with a fine-tooth comb as a lot of variants weren't as obvious back in the 90's. So keep up the great content as it's fun seeing cards from the past 😁👍
Excellent video as usual, thanks for sharing. I tried and received a PSA 8 on my GM fabulous 50’s, but congrats on your gem!! Goats and Pros will keep trying :)
Re the 94 Upper Deck Gold Medal - they all have that gold eagle medal that your card has. The Gold Medal parallel has another gold stamp to the left of the card (by his USA jersey).
Not sure why psa labeled l that Upper deck USA jordan a gold medal. The gold medal version of that card will actually have a gold medal stamp on the front of the left hand side of the card. Like you said they all have the gold medal on the right side of the card. That’s the regular Version not the gold medal
Man! You did well mate! Congrats 🎉 particularly on that 89’ fleer. Sure there are 1,200 10s out there but considering how many have been graded, I’m presuming that doesn’t have a very high gem rate
I am just curious, and you don't have to share obviously, but have you recouped enough money to pay off your 100,000 loan you got to buy that collection? Some of the financials would be interesting to hear on a video.
Yes. But as the cards get smaller the margins on the psa returns are shrinking barring unexpectedly great results. So we are nearing an end. But I’m 50 episodes ahead of what you are watching now. 😉
Hey man, the other day I opened a box of 1998-99 Fleer Ultra, and I happened to pull a Jordan Leading Performers card (1:72 pack odds, like 15 players in the set). It might be able to get at least a PSA 9 if graded, what do you think that would be worth? A PSA 10 of that card sold last year on Goldin for $1,400+. Thanks.

Which means, unfortunately, Cajun's card is mislabeled.
Indeed. I knew something wasn’t adding up.
Yep
They definitely miss labeled his card
I'm working on completing the Sheer Brilliance set. ;)
I was ready to snipe on that collectors choice starquest. Was willing to go 400. Jumped from 300 something to 2k last two seconds
I need one of those 1997 topps base 10s!!
