Not all special monsters r catchable
U get most of the good ones at lc (Legendary Cup) it's timing will be shown at news option.
There r some ultra mons u get ultra item and u should only evolve *6 diaz monster* with it they r really good for preparing for lc

And legendary cup is only at Friday Saturday and Sunday time will be there at news inside the game
