True bcoz Bornean food lacks lots of spices that we use in Indian and Malay dishes! You guys should use more spices in your dishes as a “fusion” to enhance Bornean dishes!🤓

Cheq Na, waktu biar sotong on wok tu how long and tutup wok ke tak?
No need very long...later the sotong becomes hard. You have to judge by youself whether you want soft or hard sotong. Better to tutup the wok friend

Yes, I use salt and turmeric powder in the sotong. Sorry about not recording the cleaning of the sotong. I thought it is not needed
