I appreciate the openness about how you feel because we all feel ups and downs and it makes one feel less alone in feeling low from time to time. I am feeling weird after coming back from a short trip to the Netherlands. Don't know wether this is the blues after having a blast or wether I am exhausted from it or wether it's something else.
Hello from Texas, USA! It’s 103 degrees today, and looking at your paintings make me so anxious for autumnal weather!!! Always be authentic, it creates space for everyone else to do the same! Cheers ❤
Stormy Day!! ⛈️Natasha your color palette and swatching videos are always fantastic! You have introduced me to so many new colors and art supplies over the years & I am so grateful!
I just have to comment on how much I love your art. You are one of my very favorite artists of all time. Your work resonates with me. I would buy so much of it but I’m on hospice with very limited time left. But know that your work is exquisite!❤️❤️❤️
Thank you, Marian. I'm very touched by what you've said, and I'm so sorry to hear about your situation. Sending you all of my very best wishes and good vibes. ♡
STORMY DAY! And I've always loved autumn. There's something so beautifully bittersweet and nostalgic about it. Plus, the memories of new pencils and paper and books for the school year, right? Lovely colors.
@NatashaNewtonArt Really nice video, Natasha, thankyou for posting. I’ve just come out of a bewildering 9 month creative block, but videos like this are like medicine 🥰 thankyou for what you do, you are such a natural enabler. Keep on keeping on 😎
Stormy day. I'm watching your video while sketching birds and you as always are a great company. :) About the mix and question - it is lightfast as its mixed with lightfast colours. I thought for sketchbook work but it can be also for final artworks. I'm so happy you enjoy the gift and I smiled all the way trough your unboxing and swatching. I loved the little pen pots and new books as well as art supplies. I'm really curious about liquid graphite, really intriguing. All the best to you and cozy regards Kriksis
I love that you're an Autumn hipster who loved Stormy Days before they were cool! It's my day off today and I really didn't feel like doing anything, so this was the perfect video to cocoon with. I might need to buy Oiseaux, I'm definitely a bird person and those little boots just gave me so much joy. I'm looking forward to the postcards, too! I have your previous set on my picture rail next to my desk already.
Stormy day all the way from Tasmania. Thank you for another very relaxing and informative video. I was only looking at the Art Graph tin the other day but wasn’t sure 🤔now I’m convinced it needs to go into my cart 😊 ❤
Stormy days! I’ve only stumbled upon your channel today and am enjoying your artwork and posts. I feel I have found a kindred spirit. Looking forward to catching up on all I have missed xxx
Stormy Day! I especially love the blue liquid pencil color as well as the red ochre. I am also quite interested in the ArtGraph product. I have some of Derwent's Graphitint watercolors and pencils, which are quite an interesting combination of color with graphite. I wonder if the ArtGraph could be combined with watercolor to achieve a similar result. It looks like it is a very rich and creamy product so it might be too overpowering for watercolors, but it would be interesting to see what might happen, especially if it were used sparingly.
Lovely to have a long chatty video this morning! I’m also an autumn lover… the colours, the cooler weather. And, of course, the odd stormy day! Cheers from Canada! 🇨🇦 🍁 ❤
Geeking on art supplies is my favorite thing to do on a stormy day! What inspired me the most were those liquid graphites, like you said, they seem to be ideal to layer and use as a base or background! Always a pleasure to spend some relaxing time with you!
I wouldn’t say it was a stormy day here today, just a bit rainy. Kriksis’ own mixes are gorgeous ! Thanks for sharing all these lovely things with us 🖤
I wish we had a stormy day... it's just hot and humid, even at night, so it's lovely to watch these autumn colours before bedtime ❤ Loooved the graphite. It inspired me! Thank you 😊
Oh I love that the brush strokes stay visible with the liquid pencil - thank you for swatching these and for an hour of enjoyment on a very wet Sunday afternoon!
Lovely video. And yes it’s ok to share your authentic feelings when you are feeling down. Being open about mental health is so important. Appreciate your vulnerability and for sharing. 💕🦋
Stormy day! I recently moved from a very hot place (that never gets a real autumn or winter) to somewhere with much nicer weather. I am so excited for autumn to show up. 🧡
Stormy day (well overcast here). Love those colours. And you have a right to not always be at your best. Hope it improves ( as someone who goes through that too)
Hi Natasha, lovely coloured pencils you have chosen the colour’s are beautiful. They work so well together. I love the lovely thoughtful gift from Kriksis that is so beautiful. I like the look of Art Graf it went on the paper beautifully and like the look of the liquid pencil. Sending lots of love your way xxx
Stormy day...gorgeous products and such a pleasure to watch. The graphite really remind me of feathers...I'm sure they will be a great addition to your palette. Thanks again
From what I see in the video, a lot of the names are actual bird names in that "oiseaux" book. We're having some stormy days here in France these days, so that's weirdly fitting :)
I always love all the same colors you do, so I really enjoy the swatching videos. Everything is lovely, bit that liquid pencil in blue - wow😍 Now that is definitely inspiration on a stormy day for painting a stormy day. Or a night sky, or just playing with that color. Thanks for the video!
enjoyed this again. Also such a sweet idea of Kriksis to send this little cosy package. Hope you feel better soon. Offer you some virtual hugs. Regarding the paint from Kriksis, I mean even if it's not lightfast you could still use it for works you intend to have printed. Talking about this, I loved your printed works.
What a lovely video Natasha. It's a Stormy Day today here in Devon. I particularly love the pencil colour combination Kriksis sent you. They are so complimentary. I also love the graphite watercolours. Would love to see how they look on watercolour paper. Perhaps you could do a process video using them? Looking forward to the shop update. I have my eye on a print and some postcards 😊 I hope you feel OK soon. I know this time of year is difficult for you. X
I love a good stormy day! Love those colors. Kriksis is such a sweetie! I've really gotten bored with swatching stuff these days, except when it comes to you and Kriksis. Always both your paints are thought out, palettes are unique, and neither of you are not buying a set of whatever to "complete your collection" or to review. It is refreshing!
I know what you mean - so many people that I used to enjoy watching swatching (that sounds funny!), I'm not really interested in anymore apart from Kriksis and Mel Chadwick! Mel because I find her relaxing and Kriksis because of her lovely colour choices which are similar to the colours I love (and she's super cosy to watch too!).
Stormy day⛈️ Catching up post night shift and what a lovely and relaxing way to start❤️ Your coziness kit from Kriksis is so lovely and I really hope it helps to lift your mood a little (speaking as someone who struggles with low mood sometimes). Some beautiful supplies, I’m really tempted by the liquid pencil😍 As always, thank you for sharing and I hope you feel better soon🙏🏼
I love nothing better than a stormy day! We had a bit of a thunderstorm yesterday but I am really ready for Autumn too, it's always been my favorite. What a treat to have a lovely chatty video from you today. Thank you!
I forgot to add that the khaki color is definitely what we think of here in the US. As a matter of fact I remember being surprised when I first saw the greenish color you mentioned being referred to as khaki.
A gloomy stormy day today in Canada as well ☁️ such a cozy video for company with afternoon tea☕️the artgraf looks lovely and the art zines are gorgeous 😍
I don't have a stormy day here where I live right now but I miss a good one ;) It's always inspiring to know new colours. I love the old way mailing ;) There is something special on receiving a real note, letter or postal card with some presents and surprises. Lovely!
I’m also an “N” so I totally know the feeling when they’re sold out and you have to make do with a random letter 😉 great idea with the x maybe an o for next Valentine’s Day Nabeela 🌸
Stormy Day, of course I made it to the end of your lovely video! love hanging out with you. So the Art graff is something that I have a couple of but they are in the form of solid square like a crayon. I need to play with them some more, fun!
Stormy Day :) These videos need to come with a warning - they are full of beautiful supplies I DON'T ALREADY HAVE and I can see myself committing some very naughty purchases in the not too distant future...
The book you showed reminds me a bit of the art of Brecht Evens. He typically mixes far more colors than what I think it would be your preference, but sometimes he does nice monochrome / limited palette watercolor urban surrealistic illustrations you may enjoy.
A stormy day is always a favorite! Thank you for another relaxing and informational video. I'm very intrigued with the Art Graf, does it come in different colors? I've seen the colored "tailors chalk," but it doesn't seem as though it would have the same effect. Be well. 💕💕

Stormy Day!! Beautiful colours
Turquoise Blue and Burnt Umber make a beautiful blue/brown combination, too! 😋
Stormy day, not many of those in southern California. Love these soothing colors they go so with your voice. Your art is amazing.
Thank you so much!
