How did your no turn necks work out? What brass?

Great video. What do you use to expand the necks after resizing?

Currently I’m using a Sinclair Gen 2 mandrel holder and 21st Century mandrels.

@@FClassJohn Thanks for the video. This helped cement my decision to get the Dillon 550. I'm new to reloading. Meaning I haven't started yet lol. Curious as to why you don't have the expanding mandrel setup in station 3 to expand the neck directly after full resize and shoulder bump? I'm about to join your Patreon to be able to ask direct questions there. Thanks John!

With this process, how do you prime?

If you want to you can prime on the 550 but it does take some tweaking. You can actually get pretty consistent seating with it and some people tweak the priming assembly. I no longer use a 550 and now use a 750 but I do prime on my 750.

What brand of tool heads are you using?

I have a couple but the best are the Whidden tool heads with the UniqueTech locking screws. uniquetek.com/product/T1389
I’ve also seen people make their own but it takes a bit of skill.

I noticed these toolheads have 4 pins to float the locking screws. Did you customize these because the Whidden only have two that I’ve seen. Great setup btw!

I drilled out two more pins on the whidden tool head.
