I installed Atlas OS and it gave me +10 fps, it's not much but it's still something, the system runs much faster so it's fine

I made sure to get an executable for the Firefox browser on to the USB stick because I knew I wouldn't have Edge and wouldn't have WinGit to type WinGit Firefox and get the browser that way, of which I will use a Wizard that hardens the default firefox browser afterwards.

You can just update windows to the latest and drag it into the playbook, worked fine for 4 of my machines.
pre comment i get around 130 fps all low ghrapics and 640x480 now i get 180-210 with 800x600 ress ur amazing

Works aswell but you are going to have still "old data" in Windows.old on your pc
just as a warning for some games it will now work right with its anti cheat. I kept getting system integrity errors in The Finals. so just be cautious

atlas os made my fps go from 30 to 12. it didnt work and i dint know how to remove it.

If you are getting this error, try running Fortnite with DirecX 11:
Open the Epic Games Launcher.
In the top-right corner, click on the Player Profile Icon (circle with first character of your Display Name).
Select Settings.
Scroll down and expand Fortnite.
Check the box for Additional Command Line Arguments.
Type: -d3d11
Launch Fortnite

I just downloaded AtlasOG and now I can't get into Fortnite anymore, I always get a message saying "A D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine"
What gpu do you have
You need to reinstall your GPU drivers and it will work

then select the usb as the boot ( depends on you bios)

atlas is an optimized version of windows, so obviously YES you will need to reinstall everything. you can use onedrive to save your files and transfer them between the different OS

there is not a password set, leave top empty and enter your desired password in the two bottom fields

just reset pc in settings and it will revert but it will be a clean wipe again

It asked me to restart pc I did that now its telling to put password in and I never put the password in I use pin
On another computer make the windows usb and go to the bios on your computer and install that
The password is atlas (or Atlas)

@@CalebY794 if you are on windows 11 you may have this, press windows key (beside ctrl or alt) search "Reset this pc" if it doesn't appear go to settings then find it, if it's not there reinstall windows
