Has the raw milk lady never heard of Amish puppy mills? Just because the Amish live a way of life that excludes most modern technology doesn't mean everything they do is good and wholesome.
It also comes with a lot of the other issues of high-demand religion.
Not to mention the amish are a cult and insane
It's a common practice at Amish puppy mills to "debark" the pups. They do this by damaging the vocal cords by shoving sharp tools down the dogs throats. Animal rights in the US are nonexistent.
@@victoriareeves8466That's so evil. If you don't want an animal that barks, get a cat.
They're pretty notorious for all forms of abuse and human trafficking too... Cops and local governments do their best to cover it up so as not to hurt the brand. It's reprehensible.
The sunscreen one particularly drives me up the walls. I live in Australia, we don't have the luxury of pretending that sunscreen causes cancer. It's FAFO here with how intense the sun is.
What's FAFO mean? Young Aussie here. Also, was 34⁰ today where I am, and there was no way I was going outside to hang washing without slip slap slopping.
it means f** around, find out. I know swears sometimes get autoblocked in comment sections.
Also good on you, that's so hot x.x we lucked out with rain here @@audreydoyle5268
UV is not always correlated with temperature- always slip slop slap minimum when recommended by the uv level reported e.g. by the BOM app
The sun is a deadly laser
Also Aussie here. Was so hot today I couldn't muster up the energy to go to uni.
Curious then that the Australian cancer council doesn't set the safe amount of UV at 0.
They, like many other enlightened sources, are coming around to the fact that the causes of skin cancer are hefty burns, not day to day exposure.
Its kinda insane how the raw milk ppl talk abt pasterization like its this huge chemical process and the and its just...boiling milk.
Some pasteurization also doesn't even involve fully boiling it, just bringing it up above 160°F long enough to kill bacteria
@@amoureux6502 you're right, it looks like it generally doesn't even boil! Seems like they only go up to 160 f as you said
We literally do it everyday in every household in India, it takes barely 15 minutes on a stove!
This is how the Chinese men during the California Gold Rush because they merely boiling water that were infested with bacteria.
Literally, and if they are so scared about pasteruization, in America they do it at the bare minimum temp to kill bacteria, so the milk there doesn't receive any major change in taste and or nutrients at the cost of a lower shelf life.
“Grass fed cows where they’re treated with love” there you have it folks. Love conquers E. coli.
The professionals I work worth said I just have to take a double dose of love if I get E. coli from the diet they sold me for $5000. That an extra supplements they sell
it is interesting why processed foods with cancer causing compounds, processed sugar which causes mental health disorders and insulin sensitivity/diabetes, cigarettes and alcohol are still legal to sell in stores yet raw milk which has only hospitalised 2 people since 1998 isn't, and it is a FACT that deadly bacteria only comes from cows that are unhealthy and in farms that practice poor hygiene, yes there have been outbreaks from raw milk in the past, maybe research why, farmers literally did not wash their hands in the 1900s nor did they clean or look after their cows, most cows literally had to be lifted with ropes because they were so unhealthy and were fed poor diets.
Maybe not but having healthy gut bacteria that can. If that wasn't true, literally no one would have lived to make it to this day
Everyone has E. coli in their gut… it’s natural. Raw milk is full of healthy bacteria and yeast which actually helps keep the bacteria and yeast in your body under control. It’s really not hard to understand if you actually knew how your body functions.
It’s not just that, it’s also that they are healthier and can fight off more infections than factory farmed cows, meaning that their products are more nutrient dense and have a lower risk of parasites
This hippie to insane pipeline is very real, people are so suggestible. The raw Amish milk lady is also “recovering” from her ED, but it’s very obvious she just switched one for another. For obvious reasons, it hits mothers en masse too, which is a real shame.
Orthorexia, it’s a thing.
I remember her coming up in my shorts feed last year, and at the time she was eating a bit more normally with a focus on that she was in recovery. Then she started going off the deep end with the diet stuff. Iirc at one point she was doing a carnivore diet (or pretty close to it). I ended up blocking her, I don't need that crap in my feed
I feel bad for her, it’s clear her modelling job isn’t helping her heal and social media is pushing her further down into her ed
I grew up with someone who used to be an eccentric left-leaning hippie. Over the past couple of years, she went full QAnon.

"It kills off the enzymes" do you even know what an enzyme is?
Clearly she doesn’t because she doesn’t understand how lactose intolerance works
theres a goth biologist on tiktok who made a scientific breakdown on all the inconsistencies of the buzzwords she used including how it contradicts itself in the science sense. the raw milk lady is an anorexic model turned orthorexic influencer
I mean, enzymes do break down at temperatures high enough (hence why most people struggle to eat when they have a high fever). The question is if the enzymes in milk can benefit people in any way that would not require the body breaking the enzymes down to make other things in the body
@@miglek9613I've heard it actually has a bit of lactase naturally, which means drinking raw milk is at best an equivalent of drinking pasteurised milk with a lactase pill. But even then, the amount of lactase is small so it could work only on light lactose intolerance anyway. And drinking pasteurised milk with lactase pill or just lactose-free pasteurised milk is way better.
@@tymondabrowski12 Yeah which is bullshit anyway because I'm lactose intolerant and if I drink milk or eat yogurt with a lactase pill, I still have some symptoms. It's not actually better. It's just minimized a little.
Liz Seibert lost me completely when she started pill-shaming Abby Sharp for having depression and being on medication for it, when Abby brought up the fact that her diet is extremely dangerous for her to be espousing to her followers with no type of certification other than her “feels”
I don't like Abby, she is kinda biased in a lot of her videos, but nobody should be shamed for their medical needs.
@@cyanl.2245i feel the exact same way. i gasped when liz said what she said about abby. liz needs serious help
My favourite Liz Seibert moment is when she said she felt so much worse during recovery which must have been because of the food she was eating 🥺 surely the psychological part of recovering from an ED couldn’t be responsible here
@@cyanl.2245Being biased isn’t always bad. I am absolutely biased against influencers spreading harmful information and promoting dangerous acts.
Pill shaming for taking medication when she's taking literally 32 supplements a day 😂😂
In German, you'd call these people "Wohlstandsverwahrlost" - it translates basically to "people who are disconnected, through wealth and living in a developed world, from how difficult life used to be before pasteurisation, vaccines and antibiotics, so they just think more natural is always more better".
There’s so many of them in Germany, too! So I’m not surprised there’s a special word for that lot. Same in Switzerland and Austria.
Truly a German phrase for everything
@@1917yeeGermany doesn't seem to fear putting labels or names on uncomfortable feelings.
And when they die of communicable diseases or from taking horse dewormer, the rest of us experience schadenfreude.
The „natural health“ obsession is unfortunately ubiquitous in alternative middle class communities here, combined with crystals and homeopathy. With any good thing something like meditation groups, Waldorf schools or artist collectives do there comes a ton of bullshit skepticism of „mainstream science“.
Makes it hard for me to participate, to be honest.
Liz’s videos are so triggering to view. They are constantly pushed at me through youtube’s algorithm, despite constantly telling the algorithm to stop recommending her vids. This is in general, a larger issue with all platforms pushing pro-eating disorder content.
Me too! Constantly recommended to me. Initially i was subscribed because she is in ED recovery, and i am also in ED recovery. But then she started making all the amish food hauls and i just had to unsubscribe
When i try to research recipes, I always get Eugenia video recommendations. It's super of putting, and since it's a search, I can't even say don't recommend.
@@cyanl.2245Omg, I get that too. It's really disturbing although I have no experience with ed's seeing her pop up when I'm looking for something is so weird. I don't know why TH-cam puts it so high up no matter what you search
Eugenia ? For a search about recipes ? But she doesn't even cooks in her videos right? The algorithm is weird
@ezekielc604 The algorithm seems to love her for some absurd reason, it's always so concerning when she shows up on my feed
I live in brazil and i have gotten giardia twice from lettuce and fruit. The water isnt treated for human consumption. I feel extremely frustrated that people in the first world pay to live like they're in extreme poverty.
que horror! onde você mora?
This is normal for rich privileged people. They call it the “simple life”, when for the rest of us it’s a matter of survival, and anything but simple.
Bostil 💪💪💪💪
These people frustrate people living in the first world too. I am rude enough to start arguments over it. I didn't grow up having to boil water on the stove to avoid getting sick for people to promote "raw water" as healthy.
I live in the US and I'd rather shove my fingers down my throat and vomit than have to spend 5 minutes around some stupid tiktokker like the ones on this video!
There's something seriously wrong with these people. Delusional, psychotic. Tiktok is really messing up the world. So many terrible ideas are spreading like disease on it
The borax thing is so wild to me because it was only a few years ago that we were seeing articles about kids burning their hands by misusing borax while making slime.
Me. I was kids 😔
it was from overuse, they used way too much borax too many times
it's a bit confusing to me because you can use boric acid to treat yeast infections. The first time I heard that I flipped out but it's actually true and supported by medical community.
What's wild to me is my mom used to put borax in my water and told me it was "healthy" 💀 I'm glad she didn't do it long
@@LostSoulchild89so did I and I knew it was acid.
“It’s actually illegal to sell unpasteurized raw milk in stores” yeah there’s a reason for that lady 😂🤦🏾♀️
The dangers of raw milk are vastly overstated for healthy adults. Also it's legal in my state.
I've had raw milk once but it came from a trusted farmer and it was still warm from the cow. It was delicious but I'd never consume other forms of unpasteurised dairy. Nor consume it a day later.
Yes, that’s the best way to have raw milk, warm and straight from the cow 🤤
"Straight from the teat or put it on heat!" I got it 👍
On farms, we HAVE to keep milk ice cold because it gets bacteria growth so fucking easily.
Yet again, a reason exists for why we cannot keep it over like 12 hrs!! It can KILL PEOPLE and we have to dump the whole tank if even a bit is compromised or too hot.
Ooof. So I worked in equine rescue and a large # of our neglect, abuse, and abandonment cases were from the Amish. They're also known for dumping their horses at kill auctions when they are no longer of use aka senior horses that have worked hard their whole lives and deserve a soft place to live the rest of their lives instead of being shipped to Mexico or Canada to be slaughtered. There are a large number who know their lives are improved if they treat their animals well, but there are rampant animal care issues in the community. Def not a magical land where animals are always treated w/love and respect.
Which is not surprising since in Christianity its like believed that animals only exist to serve humans
Which is so many levels of stupid and egocentric
But yea. The Amish are horrible to not just horses. But all their animals. Honestly I half expect the Amish to bring back bear baiting if they could-
According to some twit further up in the comments, talking about how the Amish keep their animals is bigotry.
@@elvingearmasterirma7241Kinda off-topic, but that reminded me of how Christianity also says that snakes are evil. I hate that, I really really hate how some extreme Christians genuinely believe that snakes and reptiles should be killed just for existing. Not all Christians, of course! I’m specifically talking about the people who will look at someone’s beloved pet snake and say “ew, that thing is evil, kill it.” Like, come on, isn’t the point of religion to show love and empathy to all living things? How can you go around preaching love, while simultaneously believing that entire animal species, or worse, entire groups of people, should die and suffer for committing the sin of simply existing? Again, I’m sorry to any Christians reading this that don’t think that way, I know not everyone is like this.
@@elvingearmasterirma7241 From a subsection of Christianity, that is indeed what's in the scriptures. Animals were created for humans benefit. But in that same line of discussion, humans were charged with care and keeping of the world. Basically what the whole scripture is saying is respect what the animals and plants are doing for you by taking care of them. Some people are just very selective about what they choose to believe, and especially selective about what they choose to quote to support an argument.
I've worked with many an ex-Amish work horse. It is so upsetting to see the scars covering their bodies, watching them stand rigid, yet shaking in fear. Every single one I've come across was like that. It was despicable.
Apparently the Amish don't believe animals have souls, hence the way they treat them. I don't want to disrespect anyone's culture, but I just don't understand how you can see and hear an animal crying out in pain and think they don't have a soul. It's horrific
4:52 for the amish farming, a lot of amish groups consider animals only to have the purpose of serving humans with no consideration for the animals wellbeing, im sure there are ethical amish farms but broadly amish groups are extremely abusive to both their animals AND to other amish people
I don't think you can say that most people in a certain people group/religion/ethnic background are over all abusive to animals and people instead of considering each person in that group an individual and not knowing them... i think there's a few words for that... bigoted? Racist? Prejudiced? Discriminatory?
@@goddammitalanaIf a religious group believes animals don’t have souls and we’re created to serve humans, pointing that out isn’t bigotry, it’s telling the truth. This would be like if I pointed out that the Bible condones slavery and several Christian sects still do. I’m not being bigoted. I’m stating their beliefs and practices.
@goddammitalana how's it racist? Or bigoted?
Also no one is lumping all Amish people together. They literally said some Amish farms likely treat their animals ethically. But there's a LOT of proven rampant issues in the Amish communities, both from accounts from ex members as well as people researching the communities. The xommunities are very closed off so it's often difficult to even know every single person on an individual level.
It's not bigoted to point out a problem that exists in a community. Obviously not the entire community is going to be awful but that's rhe minority. As these groups are very closed off, the sharing of the same ideas and morals spreads and is more common.
Am I racist/bigoted/or whatever buzzword you wanna use, for saying a good chunk of dog owners are abusive to their dogs? Not all dog owners are abusive but many are and that's a problem I'm pointing out.
Do you understand better now?

Thank you for bringing up the difference between nutritionists and dieticians, same thing with 'cosmetic' surgeons and certified plastic surgeons
I genuinely want to know more about the difference between those two surgeons.. I was always confused about that labeling..
@@Ninjanedcertified plastic surgeons have a guarantee they’ve been properly trained in multiple forms of surgery, not just changing the way someone looks. Many plastic surgeons do procedures that aren’t just for visuals, such as removing cancerous breast tissue or repairing serious burns with skin grafts.
@@Ninjaned Basically, plastic surgery is an actual, board certified medical practice that can be divided into cosmetic and reconstructive work. Cosmetic surgery is not something a doctor can become certified in, more so something a doctor can specialize in.
That's why it's important when looking for a surgeon to check if they're a board certified PLASTIC surgeon, bc there's no such thing as a board certified cosmetic surgeon.
I can only imagine our ancestors who worked in unsafe and unsanitary conditions, making strides in health and science so that their offspring could have a better, healthier standard of living, only for TikTok to come along and tell them "Actually, lightbulbs cause liver failure. Throw them out and celebrate with a nice bowl of Windex and essential oils".
The windex and essential oils part had me cackling!!
Everyone wants a shortcut to health. For most people, that’s achieved through small, daily habits over time that aren’t immediately noticeable but pay off dividends. Getting enough sleep, reducing stress, walking, eating plants, avoiding alcohol and smoking, etc. This is the tried and true way. It’s a mountain climb and countless influencers and businesses claim to offer a chairlift to the top. Anyone suggesting health may be achieved through the consumption of a specific product without changing overall lifestyle is FOS.
Spot on. We humans can have everything so instantaneously now we try to do the same for health.
yeah. i wish these "health" influencers would focus on how to build habits and celebrate all and any progress, to keep yourself working on it!!!
Took me an entire YEAR lose to 100lbs. Consistently watching how I ate through discipline… I wish I could shortcut like they think they can 😂😂😂😂
the consumption of a specific product can indeed help, if someone is b12 deficient and then start taking b12 supplement then their health will improve, same with iron supplement
same with prescription medication, if someone has a thyroid disorder and start taking thyroid meds they will feel better
any small change will improve your health, there is no such thing as "achieving health" since even if you change your overall lifestyle that doesn't mean you will never get sick or get an infection or a virus, you can only improve health but you cannot "achieve health"
As someone who was involved in research about the drinking water choices of communities in Appalachia with unreliable, underfunded, or non-existent drinking water utilities, I will never understand people who go out of their way to reject well treated, cheap, and consistently available tap water
I love my tap water. I don't even trust bottled water, why would i trust a stream in the woods
@@dismurrart6648bottled water is just fancy tap water. Plastic water bottles have their uses (keeping an emergency bottles in the car for emergencies for example), but no one should be relying on them for their hydration.

I work in chemicals, some of my coworkers have gone to bottled water plants. That shit is so filthy.

Ironically, my mother who didn’t wear sunscreen because it “causes cancer” died of other cancers. She took a minimum of like 10 supplements a day and I’m convinced that’s what caused it 🤷♀️
My mom was also one of those "everything gives you cancer" folks and died of cancer as well. She didn't take supplements, but she refused medical attention when she found a bump in her breast because "chemo makes it worse".
My mom is one of these people. I was on and off of all sorts of crazy things to "cure" my disability. I have another thing to add! My grandmother on my mom's side died of breast cancer, fun! So I had to get a rather intense series of shots before I hit puberty so the possibility of me getting cancer is now not definitely!!
orthorexia is a very serious, under-recognized disorder. i seriously hope liz gets help. i feel for her. it makes me sad that she’s spreading so much misinformation as a result of her disorder

its said that raw milk contains beneficial probiotics and lactase enzymes to help break down the lactose resulting in a gut healing beverage that raw milk CAN be if done properly and cleanly. and also if the milk is from grass fed cows.
pasteurization does kill bacteria but its kind of like taking an antibiotic. it kills the good and bad if the bad is even in there. ive heard the good bacteria (probiotics) can actually kill the bad on their own if need be. not sure if thats fully true, but idk. i have had raw milk many of times from a trusted source and really enjoyed it.
erm, no? its because the enzyme lactase which breaks down lactose is damaged during pasteurisation, ofc some are genuinely lactose intolerant but a lot of them have no trouble with raw milk

I didn’t know you can get tuberculosis from raw milk until John Green made a video about it. Pasteurization is super important.
Yo I’m a taxidermist, we literally use borax to preserve animal skin. And we use gloves, masks, and goggles while handling the damned stuff 💀 so the thought someone would purposely consume it is crazy
"eating that is not ordered" is going to be what i refer to my eating disorder as now. That line KILLED me
Most Amish are not good to animals, they're actually notorious in some places for their cruelty to animals.
Right?! It's wild to me that the raw milk lady came to the conclusion that the Amish have a peaceful, idyllic way of life just because they present as quaint. Old-fashioned does not equal wholesome, in fact sometimes it's quite the opposite.
I live in Lancaster County and during heatwaves, collapses buggy horses on the side of the road are a regular sight. The Amish view their animals much the same way most of us feel about a lawnmower or a screwdriver. They're tools to be used until they no longer have a use at which point they're replaced.
"eating that is not ordered" TH-cam guidelines really have y'all rephrasing stuff in the most creative way.😭😭
As a person from a third world country, what is wrong with the developed world? Specially the US? The madness is unbelievable.
My Tia was a farmer. Her and her husband would milk the cows and take care of the animals. She would host us for a night on our way to my parent's village. She pasteurized the milk they collected. Always. These people really are living in a fantasy.
We used to have goats.
As soon we brought the milk at home we would boil it immediately and clean the jug.
Same here, it would get immediately boiled and the machines used to milk the cows would get throughly cleaned.
My grandma was sent to a sanitorium when my mom was around 13 years old. My grandmother had tuberculosis and it was nearly fatal to her. I cannot imagine drinking non pasteurized milk.
Wow, I never knew why milk pasteurization is so important. Being pregnant, I've had to be really careful to make sure everything is pasteurized. It's great to understand it better
It’s all about health and safety. Many people have lost their lives because food wasn’t properly cooked, or somewhere along the way in food distribution a pathogen was introduced. It’s grinds my gears when people spew nonsense and act like these safety measures don’t have a purpose.
it is interesting why processed foods with cancer causing compounds, processed sugar which causes mental health disorders and insulin sensitivity/diabetes, cigarettes and alcohol are still legal to sell in stores yet raw milk which has only hospitalised 2 people since 1998 isn't, and it is a FACT that deadly bacteria only comes from cows that are unhealthy and in farms that practice poor hygiene, yes there have been outbreaks from raw milk in the past, maybe research why, farmers literally did not wash their hands in the 1900s nor did they clean or look after their cows, most cows literally had to be lifted with ropes because they were so unhealthy and were fed poor diets.
Ah yes the “wholesome Amish”, known for their super aesthetic puppy mills
The body loves showing signs when something is wrong. I can’t understand how people take these warning signs and twist it into something like “detoxification.” Like, no girl, you’re having explosive diarrhea because you ingested poison…
I work in derm and the amount of skin cancers I see daily is insane. I assist on skin cancer excisions and a good majority of my patients say they will tell everyone to be careful in the sun after their procedures.
I grew up in a country that sells raw milk on the shelves, we buy it regularly to make yogurt, cheese and other dairy products. We boil it for 20 minutes on high heat before any other process can be done. We almost never drink that milk even after it is boiled. It is the designated yogurt milk.
Happy to have you back
My grandmother who was born in the 1930's couldn't understand people who didn't believe in clinically proven guidelines for medicine, food and any other daily necessities. She grew as "first born" despite actually being the 3rd child because her big brother and sister died from diseases that could have been be prevented by vaccinations.
When the pandemic hit, she was furious about the people who didn't believe in vaccinations. Not only furious but also sad because she remembered how devastated her parents were after losing 2 of their children. I wish people would listen to these people who remember what life was actually like without our modern medicine.
I doubt these people would be singing the praises of a "simple life" of the romanticised past if they were transported there. Rampant disease, famine, poor sanitation just to start with and the difficulty and time of doing housework like cleaning, cooking, etc. But then, like everything else, this sort of romanticised fantasy is nothing new.
Tbh, I think you described the essence of hipsterdom: Putting in the utmost effort and monetary resources to have things that appear as effortless basic as possible, despite not being in a predicament that would need you to do so. First affluent White people imitating black Jazz musicians without the racial repression, then old bikes with no breaks, now drinking raw milk.
Wait, pasteurisation is basically just boiling milk? Those 'health' nuts would probably also call boiling vegetables dangerous, or maybe drink a cup of tea!
my favorite thing about raw milk girl is she talks like she is getting amazing deals but is clearly getting scammed by the amish farm
I work on a goat dairy and I get people that ask for raw milk I just told them “get your own goat” or find someone else on Craigslist (pray they’re not giving it to anyone but themselves)
Our goats are spoiled and loved but they can still cary diseases. That’s such a silly argument.
There is a such thing as a raw milk dairy that has rigorous testing and standards but i don’t think the Amish are doing that, even still I wouldn’t drink raw milk from anywhere
While I sometimes enjoy Liz’s (the Amish milk lady) non-health-related content, I HATE that she peddles these lies. I ESPECIALLY hate the fact that she claims, over and over again, that her Amish groceries are not only healthier, but they are the only reason she is “recovering” from her ED. While her claims that the cream/milk have more calories may be true, that doesn’t mean they are HEALTHY calories. When I watch her “what I eat in a day” videos, I want to scream and shake some sense into her! She eats almost ZERO treated/carefully made/grown food, if any at all, and she eats almost no fruits/vegetables. She basically eats JUST meat, eggs, and dairy from the Amish farmer she buys from, along with black coffee, which of course she adds the ‘super healthy and magical, 100%’ cream from the same Amish farmer. If the cow/cows get sick ONE time, almost her ENTIRE food supply is contaminated, and she could get sick and/or die.
That video Robert put in of her picking up her “groceries” also has her describing how the farmer just puts those coolers out and the customers just come and take the bags with their name on them… with no one watching over the coolers… it’s apparently run on exclusively trust that everyone will be kind and not steal/mess with others’ money/food/list for next time. Does she not worry about contamination from other people?!?!? Someone could literally poison her food, especially the milk/cream/yogurt, which aren’t in sealed packaging (I can’t tell if the cheese is or not), and she would not know until she consumed it, and then, doctors wouldn’t know if it was serious food poisoning or some other type of poisoning, so they may not be able to treat her correctly. I thought she was smarter than that, but I guess not.
I know I have pretty severe anxiety, but does she have ZERO self preservation?!?!? She is a skinny, pretty, famous young woman. People have been poisoned/attacked/murdered for less. Her lack of self preservation is mind-boggling. And the fact that she encourages other vulnerable young people who struggle with EDs and/or are her fans to do the same if they have the money/want to be as “healthy as possible” really pisses me off.
She is also fostering a disabled dog that she raw feeds, which can be really dangerous if not done with a vet’s explicit supervision and permission. I’m 90% sure that she does not have those things, or if she does, she doesn’t follow the vet’s instructions, instead giving that poor dog unprocessed/untreated meat. I wouldn’t be surprised if she only gives him meat, which is NOT a full diet for a dog. They need other food groups besides raw ground beef, which is the only thing I’ve seen her feed him. I can’t believe she is allowed to treat this dog the way she is, especially since she DOES NOT OWN the dog, she is only fostering him! He has behavioral issues, too, like, one more strike and he will legally have to be put down type issues. I wonder if any of those have to do with his sub-par diet and semi-good but careless treatment by her. She could most definitely pay a really nice trainer with PART of her grocery budget (which I think she said is like $500 every week or two?), and get his behavioral issues addressed instead of claiming that her and her boyfriend can do that all on their own, with little to no experience. I have like 10 YEARS of experience working with dogs professionally, but I know that I am not good at training, as that takes a special type of person, who is TRAINED AND CERTIFIED!!!!! But, instead of seeking out help for him, she just begs for sympathy online with “well, we can’t adopt him, but we don’t want him to die” type excuses. The more of her content I watch, the more frustrated and pissed off I get. She accidentally KICKED this poor dog, who again, is disabled, ON VIDEO, and she just collapsed to the floor LAUGHING. I don’t care that she said sorry. She was full on, uncontrollably laughing while doing so. KICKING A DOG FORCEFULLY, even by accident, IS NOT A LAUGHING MANNER!!! She should have checked him over and made sure he wasn’t hurt, especially because a kick, with his specific condition, could cause SERIOUS injury, like worsening his condition. Instead, she kept rolling on the floor and laughing while holding on to him as he was scared and trying to get away. While filming and then posting the video. She is so aloof and uncaring, she SHOULD NOT be fostering any dog, let alone one in such a precarious situation both health and behavior wise.
She should just stick to the more lighthearted, less dangerous content, like trying to find jeans/clothing as a really tall, really skinny young woman, vlogging her experiences modeling, etc. Those at least don’t spread lies and bad health/animal treatment practices. Someone needs to talk sense into her, like, I don’t know, her BOYFRIEND, who she LIVES WITH?!?!? Or her MOTHER, who she spends A LOT of time with?!?!? Like, do they not care about her health and safety?!?!? I get that she doesn’t, but why don’t they talk to her about it? Why don’t they seem to care?!? They’re probably the only ones that could get through to her! I’m surprised she’s still allowed to foster that poor dog, too. I wonder if the shelter/rescue knows what she’s doing to him. It’s all on video, all over social media, so someone could easily show them the proof. She genuinely needs to be stopped.
This was the best comment so far with great details. I did not know that she kicked the dog but what can you expect from someone who is supporting amish farms and claming that they are animal friendly
Oh god I watch her and follow her I’m so disgusted by her behavior
@@melobski4RIGHT?!?!?! Like, I don’t think she’s vindictive or evil on purpose, but she is most definitely aloof, uniformed, and clueless enough to be dangerous in multiple ways.
I live in Ireland and our standards for our dairy cows here are extremely high, they are grass fed, live out in big fields etc. and our store bought milk still goes through the exact same pasteurisation. One time I bought raw milk from a farmers market for my boyfriend and it gave him an insane stomach ache lol
I’m the guy eating 9 day old fermented raw milk:
Nice of you to include me in both the video and the thumbnail Robert. Before making this video, you could’ve reached out to me and I would’ve answered any question you might have about why I have consumed fermented raw milk for 2,5 years now. As for the video, I was sharing my personal experience, which is that consuming raw fermented milk really helped me fix my digestive issues. It is one of the greatest additions I’ve ever made to my diet.
Lastly, if you could tag me in the description, I would appreciate it.
according to GMO soymilk addicts like him, you're supposed to have died from tuberculosis long time ago for drinking raw milk lol.
There is no use in reasoning with these clowns...they are the same people who took vaccine advice from Dr. Bill Hell Gates.
I worked in a “health clinic” (I didn’t know what it was really until after I started and I needed a job) and they’d serve raw milk to kids with autism and other issues. They had a doctor, who was once a doctor of medicine who went woo, who would prescribe like tons and tons of supplements to anyone, expensive “test” kits, tell people not to eat sugar, gluten, or dairy (unless it’s unpasteurized). Every person got the same “prescriptions” for these supplements and tests. It was insane.
"Wholesome Amish Farm"
As a bio major the first thing we learned was the enzyme lactase which our bodies use naturally to breakdown lactose. If you’re body does not produce enough you will not be able to break it down . Therefore making some people lactose intolerant
to be fair, to a certain degree I understand the lack of trust in medical professionals... I am chronically ill and trying to get doctors to take me seriously and listen to me is a constant battle and has really robbed my faith in doctors wanting what's best for me...
I can confirm Amish farms aren’t necessarily paradise for animals. All the breeder release dogs I’ve ever met are from Amish farms and are traumatized.
that health influencer talking about how raw milk from a wholesome amish farm isnt going to kill you because the farmers treat their cows with love and care... as though the deadly bacteria is caused by mean soulless factory farming instead of, you know, the shit you find on cows.
You know. My mum wasnt always the best parent and made many mistakes
However. I will forever defend her not hiding details from me and my brother about things like malnutrition, diseases etc
You will NEVER catch me drinking raw water. I dont want cholera, thanks.
When I was little my parents got unpasteurized milk from some local farm and I got horrifically ill at like 3ish. It's one of my earliest memories. The only thing they did was switch cows on the farm lol, they dnd even take me to the er. I'm in my 20s and tbh I'm not sure I've ever been _that_ sick since
I appreciate the upload. Im sorry to hear about you mom.
I am LIVING for the subtle sassiness.. I’m so happy I found your channel. I’m mid binge right now! Just wanted to say that I love your videos. I love how you don’t sugarcoat shit. You’re direct, funny n your videos are very well researched! ❤
As a food microbiologist, I hate misinformation. Downside of free speech
The drinking borax is so wild because ive always used it to kill ants and roaches
She is not a health influencer she is a model. And she's going to be the first one to tell you in the comment section that she's not here for the health advice and then give you health advice but to be clear this is a model giving shity advice on how to feed your eating disorder.
Hope you’re doing ok. Great video as always. So many people who’ve won the genetic and luck health lottery think they must be doing something special to deserve their healthiness. It’s so toxic.
Some people out there have gotten way too complacent with modern amenities and need to remember that life before industrialisation was essentially a crapshoot.
You're too good/affluent for tap water? Fine, enjoy dysentry I guess.
In pennsylvania raw milk can be and is sold in grocery stores and I have drunk it on a daily basis ever since I stopped drinking from my mother. I have never had anything bad come from it because the dangers are greatly over exaggerated. I had pasteurized milk once and it tasted so horrible I never had it again.
Since when do the Amish treat their animals with love? That woman is totally delusional. Listeria can be found on any farm - factory or not.
this once again shows the privilege of people in debeloped countries. influencer deny scientific evidence because they can. health care workers will save them last minute while they will thank God for surviving.
Thank you for talking about this, it's been getting out of hand
These mofos will tell me broccoli is poison then drink bleach lol
I used to sit by my grandad when I was little while he was milking the cow. He would give me a cup of fresh milk. I swear it was the best milk I’ve ever had and it was still warm. Now I can’t remember the last time I had milk, but thankfully I’ve never had problems from unpasteurised milk.
There is probably an element of being introduced to small amounts over time that built up your ability to handle raw milk
I spent my entire childhood drinking raw milk we got from our milk dealer from church who got it from the amish lol. Our milk dealer went to a different church when I was 15 and I haven't had any since. We got eggs from them too. We had to shake the milk before using it to mix the cream(?) back in, and I still do that to this day, even though I only consume nondairy milk now 🤷♀️
Sorry for your loss, it’s nice to have you back 💜

Thank you for talking about this and explaining it in a very concise and palatable format. I tried to explain this kind of stuff to people all the time but I end up just rambling for hours about stuff that they really don't care about or understand, but now I have a reference video to share. 😂😅
Louis Pasteur is rolling in his grave right now.
I feel bad for the milk girl because I feel like she believes it helps her, and also in her perception she does think the Amish farm is a paradise 💔 I hope she heals soon
Wild related side note: at one point in history people who sold milk out borax in it to change the PH. Basically selling spoiled milk you couldn’t tell was spoiled. We always come full circle.
We used to get milk directly from a cow in india and we hear the milk daily at home before drinking. It is absurd these people say unpasteurised milk is ok for you oml
the amish do not gaf about animals 😭 who told her that
Lol did she just really say the Amish treat their cows with love
In my State, almost all the puppy mills are from Amish people. Amish does not always equal good treatment of animals
I love when people actually shed a light on the hideousness that has come from social media. Snake oil salespeople just moved online
