      There are different regulations about dog usage across the states. Some don't allow dogs at all. Some allow them for hunting but not for deer hunting. Basically what I learned from the research for this video is that hunting regulations are a weirdly complex topic lol

    • @markwilson4078
      @markwilson4078 2 ปีที่แล้ว +47

      Definitely Jafar. A good deal of Hook’s crimes are either attempted murders or coercion. He only had one successful kill and while nothing to take lightly on its own, compared to other villains he’s pretty tame.
      Jafar on the other hand had almost as many attempted murders, but could also be charged as a predator due to his list for Jasmine, and he also went against the sultan, a ruler and therefore high treason, something Hook does not have. Closest thing to anyone in this video to high treason is Yzma with her attempts on Kuzco, Coachman has done far worse to children than anything Hook could pull off, and even Ratcliffe has something more serious with his declarations of war.
      So basically, in the case Hook, his only bragging grounds are his quantity of crimes.

    Ratcliffe for what he pulled in the sequel: 2 cases of frame up, 1 case of first degree attempted murder, and high treason.
    Sheer Khan: 2 First Degree attempted child murder.
    Yzma: Not enough time in the day for the tv series…but for Kronk’s movie: 1 case of Fraud for selling fake medical products and 1 case of unlawful seizure of land. The tv series: Uncountable cases of mutilation through potions, 1 case of impersonating a educational professional, multiple cases of abuse of power, few more charges of conspiracy to murder, 1 case of mutilation and kidnapping, 1 case of identity fraud of a royal official, ect. And it is implied that she also was possibly responsible for the death of Kuzco’s parents, raising and ruling in his stead and had planned on ruling behind the scenes of Kuzco when he came of age until he fired her before that could happen…Yeah she has Jafar and Hook beat when it comes to sheer scope of crimes.

    If it may please the court, I have things I have to say about my defendants.
    First off, Ratcliffe was a foreign representative to a land unexplored by his host nation, that being England. Due to his role and position, it can be assumed that, up to the point where the natives were explicitly peaceful with Ratcliffe's men, he had done nothing but what his position grants him. Claiming land and fighting their local population may be not in good taste to anyone, Ratcliffe was granted liberties the same way a soldier is given liberties to shoot an enemy combatant. If his expedition charter went against the King's commands, we would have a different story entirely. But, due to our lack of knowledge in this regard, we must infer that Ratcliffe was simply doing his job, as cruel as it may sound.
    Next, for Shere Khan... just look at him. He's a tiger. He is a wild animal. Why is he put on trial? He is a literal animal! Why is he in the courthouse? HOW is he in the courthouse? Get the wild animal out of here! Why- This is a human court room. Do we arrest bears if they attack a hiker in the forest? No! Like... wha-... Shere Khan can't be charged because he is an animal.
    Finally for James Hook. He is charged with piracy, yet I raise the question: what did he steal? Calling yourself a pirate or singing sea shanties doesn't instantly make one a pirate. Piracy, by definition, "is the practice of attacking and robbing ships at sea." What ships did he steal from? What robbing has he done? That charge is based on nothing more than hearsay and should be discarded.
