I’m so sorry hun! I have a similar issue, I usually have to listen to asmr with video off or in another window, but Pudding isn’t scary like that. True, I do still sometimes have to do that, but more because the sound is easier to relax to without risking the chance of that reaction (call it paranoia, I guess). I even had to unsub from one person on Patreon because he posted some audios that were too triggering and made me withdraw from everyone, and ironically it was listening to Pudding that helped me get out of that. I hope you’re in a better place now, and you continue finding comfort from Pudding’s audios and the rest of the Pudding Pack 💖
@@minahraven Hi Minah! Thank you for replying. I'm sorry that we are able to bond over such terrible past experiences, but it is somewhat comforting to know that I'm not the only with this problem. I have many triggers as well. There have been times when I've turned on a man's ASMR video and had to turn it off within 30 seconds because I couldn't handle and would burst into tears. Pudding has a very calming and gentle voice which is so nice. Another artist that is a man that I've been able to watch is Late Night Tingle ASMR, he also has a very soft voice.

It’s 5:43 am and finally while watching this video I’m finally starting to get tired. This video or the shushing video never fails thankfully. I used to struggle with insomnia really bad, like for days until I’d start seeing stuff.. sometimes I’d sleep but only for a couple hours or a few hours.. so I started self medicating by smoking, but I quit 4 months ago and I’ve started struggling again. Idk what I’d do without these videos. Thank you ❤
