Denmark just lost 2-0 Because apparently the worst players on the Danish team were playing, they were all substitutions, none of the good players were playing other than Mæhle Wass Christensen and Schmeichel
Hope we can throw aside Isreal. In my opinion they shouldn't even be playing in these tournaments or qualifiers, When Denmark won the euros it was because Ukoslavia was disqualified, if Ukoslavia was disqualified because of a war Isreal should be too.
There's a difference between a country engulfed in civil war and one being under attack. Israel is being attacked by organizations like Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad. They are not interested in peace, their stated goal is the complete destruction of Israel. Not even the Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas can control them. Just because Israel is stronger it doesn't mean that they are the aggressor. Here's something to consider. Hamas uses human shields, they fire their rocket from schools and hospitals, they do so because they know Israel doesn't want to kill civilians. Imagine that being reversed, it would have no effect since Hamas is actively targeting civilians. That's the moral difference between the two sides.
@@OddityDK Nevertheless the solution is never bombing the cities where civilians trying to get by live, you can blame a government but you cant blame a country.
@@Agent-il7ke So if rockets were raining down in your neighborhood, if at any time you or someone you cared about could be blown up and if the people launching those rockets were surrounding themselves with civilians, you wouldn’t want your government to try and stop them? Israel could easily wipe out every Hamas terrorist launching rockets at their population by just bombing the s**t out of them, but they don’t. They try their damned hardest to minimize civilian casualties and the only reason there isn’t hundreds of dead Palestinians every time is because Israel shows restraint. Something Hamas is counting on and exhibits none of themselves. Hamas knows that bleeding hearts in the west are quick to condemn Israel whenever one of the children they hide behind is killed and they parade their corpses at every opportunity. THEY put them in the line of fire, THEY are responsible, not Israel. As for the population. Well they elected Hamas as leaders before. An organization which in their charter makes it clear that their aim is to destroy Israel completely. Of course it’s a tragedy when innocent people are killed and Israel tries to avoid it, Hamas on the other hand explicitly target civilians. Have you seen “Pallywood”? A video floating around some years ago showing how the Hamas and civilians produce fake videos, people pretending to be dead or injured, fake ambulances and wailing women. We can’t even be sure what we see even happened.
@@Agent-il7ke That’s unusual. Usually this debate gets ugly fast. So hats off to you for acknowledging you might be wrong. 👍 To be fair. It’s not like Israel’s behavior is beyond reproach. There are factions in Israel who believe that the entire area must be on Jewish hands and oppose a two state solution and some of the Israeli settlements have been in contested areas, if not directly in Palestinian territory. I’m no expert on the matter. I just know that when comparing the two sides Israel is not the bad guy and if anyone should be condemned for causing civilian deaths Hamas is first in line, by a mile
