Lake Tahoe is one of those lakes that people love visiting both in summers and winters. This place is easy to reach by any means either by road, air, or train. Although the lake is known as Lake Tahoe, California, it has its one-third portion in Nevada and two-third portion in California. Not just that, this lake is so large that it is divided into two parts, North Lake Tahoe and South Lake Tahoe. But before jumping on to this, let’s give you a complete overview of Lake Tahoe.
Lake Tahoe is 22 miles long, 12 miles wide, and over 1,645 feet deep. For this reason, it stands as the 16th deepest lake in the world and the 6th largest lake in the USA. This lake wins the hearts of tourists who love spending their time enjoying the natural beauty. The lake has nearly 39 trillion gallons of water, and unlike other lakes, it has lovely blue-colored water that looks like the sky without clouds. The water temperature in Lake Tahoe remains nearly 40 degrees in winters while it increases up to 70 degrees in summers. For comparison, a suitable lake temperature for swimming is around 75 degrees, which means the water of Lake Tahoe remains cold throughout the year.
Researchers say that the water in this lake is 99.994% pure. It sounds unbelievable because commercially distilled water is 99.998% pure.

I strongly recommend not putting stock photos or video clips of other lakes as was done in the early stage of this video. I recognized at least three stock videos and photos that clearly weren’t the lake you were talking about. Other stock footage video clips are widely used on TH-cam that cheapen your presentation as well.

@@studiosingerI noticed the same thing. There’s even a clip of a lady walking topless on the shore of a beach somewhere. What’s that got to do with Lake Tahoe!!
