Broadway Star Gregg Burge (the Scarecrow in the broadway show "The Wiz") sings and taps on Celebrity Cabaret in 1977. Celebrity Cabaret was a nationally syndicated variety show hosted by Richard Hall. Comedian Dick Shawn was the guest Celebrity on this episode. Segment #2 show 15.

Thank you for sharing this . I love the late Gregg Burge. He is one of my greatest inspirations. I did a UK production of the Wiz nearly 20 years ago. What a talent we've lost. RIP

The world lost a huge talent when Gregg died. I'm so glad though that he was able to realise his dreams, and that he was lauded for his talents
