I plug my guitar in a digital interface which connects to my PC. Then I use EZMIX 2 to convert the guitar signal to the sound you hear here. I layer 4 tracks, 2 left 2 right with 2 different amp settings on EZMIX 2, along with a free TubeScreamer VST plugin and that's about it for the rhythm sound :)
As for the solo, it's basically the same, only a different amp setting. Again the TubeScreamer VST along with a stereo delay VST plugin. I don't actually use a real life amplifier to record my videos.
