Great video but I wounder on two things 1. how big is the island ? 2. Are there any or were there natives on the island and if so what their culture like or were there be a video about it ?
1. The island is roughly 75% the size of Madagascar ( I haven't made a proper estimation on it yet ) 2. There did used to be humans on there, specifically homo Cryptadiansis ( related to Homo Erectus ),a decent number of them lived on the island and there were tribes which had the ability to make cave paintings however, they later went extinct due to the many droughts the island faced AND a disease outbreak wiped out the rest, any who survived couldn't reproduce enough to save the species on the island but some of their art and culture is still there to be discovered! woo that's a lot of questions alright 1. Cryptadia and her 2 sister islands are located west of the nations of the Congo,Gabon and other nations within that rough area. 2. There used be a native population of humans that existed on the island a couple million years ago called Homo Cryptadiansis but sadly became extinct, due to the massive drought extinctions that hit Cryptadia and the surge of plagues that followed, the very few who survived wouldn't even be considered lucky as their home island was too devastated by the event, they eventually went extinct, along side many other species 3. the islands are roughly 75% the size of the island of Madagascar, ( this may change as I have not fully made an official size scale of the island just yet ) 4. dinosaurs, pterosaurs and marine reptiles have moved out of Cryptadia, numerous times, as mentioned in the video, small populations of Mbielu-Mbielu-Mbielu and along side many other animal species ( which led to Cryptic sightings )made their way to mainland Africa a few million years ago when land bridges formed but as mentioned the main reason behind their extinction on the mainland was due to habitat loss, pollution and the numerous wars that raged the area they lived in.
@@CryptadiaSpecEvoQuite ironic and convenient that each time Mesozoic species have moved out of the island and re-established on the mainland, they all and each time ended up going locally extinct there.
