I’m frame this theme thematically as implying that that hardest battles have already been won, but you are still alive and now have Zera by the wings, the upper hand in the fight lot and it’s time to squeeze. What power he still has is slipping through his fingers .
not to mention one of the abilities (Millenia's I think) was able to paralyze him and you just kept him stunlocked the entire fight. Underwhelming last boss but in my headcannon that was just the last remnant of Valmar's power.
There is a mod for the steam version that makes the game more difficult. I had an amazing time with it. I can’t remember the name of the mod but with it the last boss (and several others) had me sweating. I think it took me about an hour to beat him and about 5 retries. Every decision of what to do on each turn took me like a minute to make.
POV: Rugal stole Yuga the Destroyer’s powers and is after Shiki and KOF Team Japan 94. Alter POV: Versus “Ultron Omega” at max difficulty. Again: Fighting Yuga inside of Mikoto as Yuda. (Last two are from normal games, first one is from a MUGEN scenario.)
I checked the validity of this, but you’re wrong. It’s from a boss called “Zera Valmar”. In Grandia 2 of all places. The vocals you have from those 2 Valmar Rugals? Those are from Zera. Edit: I’m going to be dead honest, even the special effects from those Valmar Rugals are from Zera Valmar, it’s in the name “Valmar”, a direct reference to the Grandia 2 final boss.
Pov: You're fighting Wily's UFO as the castles on fire.
I was surprised how easy and underpowered Valmar was as a final boss, feeling the build-up amounted to a mere mole hill vs a mountain.

@@lukas8708 it's called Spellbinding Eye.
He's still 100× harder than the final boss from Grandia 1.

I am merciful, to the dead!
Would fit perfectly into SSBU
POV: You finally caught the real killer in an irrefutable lie, securing the Not Guilty verdict for your client:
The evil king final boss
Anybody feel like Melfice should've been the last boss, or is it just me???
The semi-final boss.
Also the theme for the Final boss tho.
