Regarding your previous video on document for students visa, I have a land gifted to me by my mum, is it gift deed or affidavit of disclosure that I should get from the court. And do I need to upload the land document because there's no document issued from my mum regarding the land

If it's gifted to you then you need to get both affidavit of disclosure and a gift deed document. I think both documents go together, please clarifrom a lawyer. You also need to submit an evaluation document of the land. You may have to reach out to a property lawyer to see if it's possible to get an affidavit for the land.

Hello, yes you're required to have the manual one, alongside a stethoscope.
It depends on your school, for my school you can wear any scrubs for labs but you must wear to school scrubs for clinical placements.

Canada is quite expensive but I'm learning how to get cheaper deals. The really cheap clothes here don't really last, they wear out easily. But so far so good. UK is really chilled, you guys have a lot of options compared to us here
