CONGRATSSS!! I’m almost to 200 too!! It’s so exciting to hit such a huge milestone with a friend!! Go “grocery shopping” and feed different KOTLC characters forbidden cities food. I also think it would be fun to have fandom stereotypes. Example: “the anti-Fitz clan” or “the angsty Keefe animatic-tubers” 😂 (maybe even throwing some specific people under the bus idk 👀👀) Just some suggestios for you XD

LOL Okay, so an open collab is basically where you make a video with your characters, then someone else basically takes that video, makes it so it covers half of the screen on their own video, then puts their own characters on the other half. You can make a sort of conversation/plot, or just do something fun like adance battle with your favorite fictional characters. My explanation wasn't that good, so if you're still confused you could look up outfit battles with Gacha Club. They're a pretty good example of an open collab. A chain is pretty similar, but instead of having every person individually making the collab, everyone kind of makes one colab. One person would take your video, and add their character in front of it. Then another person would add their character in front of that. Then another. You can look it up if you're still confused! Sorry again for how bad my explanations were. LOL
Or an animatic how each KOTLC member would react to 200 subscribers and then finishing with how you reacted
