    My 1.5 goals:
    1- Study at least 8 good quality hours
    0.5- Stay at your current fitness level, don't excel but don't deteriorate either.

      My problem is that despite of DEVOTING LOT OF TIME ON STUDIES my productivity is very low and also i am not able to achieve my daily goals
      The work for which it takes me 4hr to complete for the same work my classmate took 1 hr

    My 1.5 goal
    1. Crack government exam (2 mock and read an editorial daily)
    2. Rise early morning (7 am atleast) and go to bed at 11(leave mobile)

You don't know but there are somany changes you brought in the lives through these videos. .And this self control starts with being committed to yourself! We worry about the things when we failed to do something the way we planned or thought. But there we basically failed the commitment we did to ourselves. There, we failed to be disciplined or...there we disrespect our ownself , our own dream. SELF DISCIPLINE is the key! Love ths way you explain everything through your experiences! ♥️

    Lessons from this video:
    - Self discipline is the ability to control ones feelings and overcome ones weakness.
    - Controlling feelings is not easy but is also not impossible.
    - Self discipline is like a muscle. Two qualities of muscles: First, the more you use them the stronger they get. Second, using a muscle at a time makes them tire. So self discipline also gets exhausted but if you keep pushing yourself, it also gets stronger and next time you will have more self-discipline. If you work the self discipline muscle on one thing, it will also help you with other things.
    - Self discipline has no connection with talent.

    You speak practical. Motivated by your video last month I started to go running in the early morning and stopped eating any sugar or sweet food. And I followed that for entire month no matter what. And after a month I feel very confident in achieving any goal. My self disciplean muscle is building. Thank you sir.

Sir i read 3 idiots based on your story if so sir forgive me you advocated that man should work where his interest lies but Mr universe from India some dhingra wrote yes I had interest about bodybuilding but spending 13 hrs in zim all interest evaporated just control on head worked. Napoleon the great exactly said this very precisely that control over brain is everything.     Best video of yours. I showed to my 7th grader. I left non veg food last year. That was my favorite. I did just for self discipline but I skipped so many big meals which I did just because of my love for non veg food. We should all practice self discipline. It does wonders to you.

    Self-discipline is the greatest asset one can have. It is all about self-control. It is like a muscle... the more you use it gets stronger. Don't do multiple self-discipline things as it will make your muscle tired. So focus on one and a half goals. One can be big and the other can be extraneous.
