Got fresh the memories, I have recently been toured Gawhati, Itanagar,Twang , Shillong and Cherapunji . Fantastic tourist places.
Our the way back our taxi broke down on the way Tezpur, then boarded Travel Tempo.

Definitely you can go by your hatchback. Videos those you are watching have been taken from a hatchback (Ford Freestyle). High ground clearance or 4-whell drive is not required at all till Bhalukpong.

Depends on where is the picnic spot. if you cross the check post at Bhalukpong, you need the permission. Video main Online IPL (Rs. 100 per person or Group) jo hain, woh karna parega. Check post main bhi permission kar sakte ho, but it will take unnecessary time.
