    Everything, in my opinion, relies on your perspective. The rise of Kundalini, like a snake changing its skin, can disclose and transform feelings if you channel the power. Being honest with oneself can be traumatic. It's possible that not everyone is prepared to accept the ability to perform greater things. It will mostly depend on what you are thinking, how you are doing, how you are using that energy, and how you are navigating into that type of cosmic vision.

    Oddly I've never encountered any negative reactions during a class or right after, with myself or my students. I have seen a lot of release, emotions flying free that had been long repressed. But it's a marvelous way to work deeply, at your own pace, and in my 35+ years of exploring yoga nothing else comes close to that for me.

    So true! I got to a point in my Kundalini Awakening in 2020 which felt like nirvana until 2021 when my physical pain quickly increased and I was Dx with Sjogrëns amd Mixed Connective Tissue Disorder. I had to make even more lifestyle changes and go even deeper into my trauma with coaches to guide to me. My pains have decreased some and I'm still optomistic. It's an amazing blessing, but very painful having to become aware of ancestral trauma, multi-generational trauma, and personal trauma. It's very overwhelming, especially when being tortured and taunted by the ego each step of the way. You're absolutely correct! It takes tools and techniques, support of guides, analysts, community, family, ancestors coming together to support your path. Thanks for this! Stay blessed! ❤

    Yes there is a mass kundalini activation culture being marketed online where ‘practitioners’ are marketing they can activate or even awaken peoples kundalini, but it is not either one of these at all. Human beings don’t activate or awaken each others kundalini, this is a virtue we access only directly with Source after much preparation and internal work. Humans have a god complex and are addicted to worship. Willingly handing your power away will not result in kundalini activation or awakening. It’s an illusion and a distortion, and it’s dangerous to be attempting to access this energy before we are ready. There’s no cheat code to bypassing the steps in the process. It’s a massive con that so many people have fallen for.

    • @YogaVisionOnline
      @YogaVisionOnline  ปีที่แล้ว +7

      200% agree. It’s a process of unlearning and relearning. And the nervous system has to be tuned and ready. Body, mind and spirit need time to feel safe. This happens through individual effort and commitment. Nothing less. Putting energy in the hands of another is a distortion of the ancient technology and often leads to crisis.

    I go to yoga class everyday and have been doing kundalini for almost 10 years. I have amazing experiences doing vagals during chavasena. This practice involves wim hof like breathing and then taking a final deep breath and holding your breath and bearimg down on the last breath of 10. This preasure pushes synovial fluid against the pineal gland releasing endorphins while slowing your heart rate. You feel amazing after and at ultimate please. I use it when I'm stressed too move from being in sympathetic mode to parasympathetic mode. It is safe but can be scary to those who not understand.

    I did meditation today. Initially, I focused on my breathing and heartbeat, and after some time, I felt as though I lost myself somewhere. At certain moments, when I controlled breathing for a few seconds, my upper body (my head to back) began to move front and back at a high speed, a sensation I hadn’t experienced before. This movement was rapid, almost like the shaking we might feel during an earthquake. It was beyond my control. My lower body felt lighter during the meditation. I tried to experience it more, but it disappeared after a few occurrences. After my meditation for a few minutes, my mind stopped working. I was using my phone, but I was still in that zone. After a few minutes, I came back to the normal stage. I don't know what this whole experience was.

    My friend used to do a lot of kundalini and something horrible happened to her. It was like her emotional body shut down. She couldn't move her eyes or feel her bowels, she became extremely suicidal and started coming up with ways to end her life and attempted it several times. She also struggles with depersonalization and anxiety but never depression before this, and she was completely out of body during this experience. It took her 4 months to start "thawing." She is better now but still doesn't know what caused it. She's been talking to a therapist but doesn't really think she has any major trauma from her upbringing. Have you ever heard of anything like this? She has a baby now and is afraid it could happen again.

    I began practing kundalini yoga learning from a book by Hiroshi Motoyama at a young age. I would hear metalic humming and music at night meditiating before bed and felt strange energy jolting through my spine in spasms around 14.
    About a year later I recovered the momments before CSA events and steadily understood my life was blacked out from 6/7-12 from dissociative amensia due to repeated CSA. I was taken advantage of again at 15 and put up with the absuive relationship hoping to leave a toxic household foolishly. I got a restaining order recently and I just turned 20. I want to start doing chakra work and kundalini yoga again with more research though it's hard to find good sources that don't seem to be pushing fear? I hope I'll be ready to confront any more trauma that comes up.
    I think my spirit companion or someone else stepped into my body for those traumatic events to spare me, there were times in my childhood where I was outside my body and someone else moved it. So a part of me hopes I'll be protected from things I don't know if I need to remember. Do you think this fear could hold me back or could it be possible those memories will continue to be held from me?

    This is only really scary if you’re 1) Not sure what you’re getting into and 2) Not around people that have any clue about spirituality, yoga or meditation practices.
    I foolishly jumped into a Kundalini Yoga session at my now Exs house and immediately felt like reality was unfolding. Almost like I had been living inside a movie set. I had one profound thought which led to another and before I knew it I was moving so fast thought the house that I began to actually freak out my ex. I was uncontrollably paranoid and for lack of better words felt like the oxygen and gravity turned off and came to a starting realization. I am. I remember telling her I realized I was god and she just look at me horrified. She was threatening to admit me into a mental hospital and I ended up having a really shakey couple days after that fact. But slowly reality started to piece back together.
    It’s been about 9 months and have recovered a lot better physically, mentally and spirituality. But a part of me deep down still wishes I never came to this conclusion and never had that experience.

    Would be cool if someone could answer my question. I did one time three rounds of breathing exercise like Wim Hof does, it means an half hour for those three rounds, and then after that I did a holotropic breathing exercise as fast as I could. And after less one minute I reached a state of euphoria, a screamed three times, I elevated my body with my elbows like if I was possessed by a certain force. That was so strange, for those who don't believe me, in a normal day and for example now I'm not able to elevate anymore with my elbows. That was scary.

    Can you tell me what this is? I was looking for inner peace in a time of my life when I was about to [.... ......] because I hit total rock bottom. I found meditation, and the third time I meditated, I wanted to do it right, positioned myself as the Buddha statue I got from my mother. After 40 minutes, I felt this sensation that I can only describe as when you do the drug _ecstacy,_ but my mind and heart told me to stop, because "I was not ready", I also felt like being pulled somewhere. I knew this was something really powerful, really. What is this, and is this and is it bad? Should I pursue this? All I want is inner peace and meditation turned my life around. I meditate from 40-70 minutes, and I want to try and see if 2 hours are good, but if my focus gets too broken, then I break the meditation. I get a lot of visuals after 40 minutes, but as I mentioned, if my focus breaks too often, I "pack it up." Would be a misery if I opened the doors for spirits of any kind that have bad intentions for man, now that I have risen from rock bottom.

    Yup spirit is always ready, i've noticed that since i was a kid. Nothing is scary about the experience, especially when u have energy workers around to help u through. Trauma levels really play a huge roll. The way i explain to ppl is just like electricity from the power lines must be toned down to work in ur home or else it will cause damage, if ur bodys isnt prepared to handle too much energy at once that energy will throw the body and u can get hurt in that case especially if u were standing so when u have experienced light workers helping u through, they make sure u stay low and make sure ur environment is clear and that reaction is definately from just having a lot of trauma and just letting it go vs someone who has done shadow work. Westerners just insert fear into everything and try to commercialize sacred practices for profit. Coming in contact with other entities gets ur kundalini going too because of their energetic level and sometimes u speak to them in languages u do not know or understand outside of the experience and thats because our divine connection, we dont know all but we r all knowing beings. We can channel and we have ancient knowledge poured into us. Its so much more than westerners care to understand, but not scary. Ppl r just taught to fear things they dont know and understand.

    • @empressswiss2080
      @empressswiss2080 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @Cristal same but not the same as different cultures approach to god is different. They are not the same in practice, one is way more advanced spiritually and physically and aint nothing evil about yoga. The church teaches principles but yogis actually practice what they preach, there is way more peace than in church, peace like u have never known it b4 . Yoga takes a different route and is actually more spiritual than church and i grew up Pentecostal so i know. Holy ghost Kundalini same thing. However, yoga teaches u how to master that energy and channel it vs in church where u dont even learn how to jold on to the energy it kinda just passes through you. Trust me church church does not even know d half of what its like to be connected to God, that divine energy is so much more than d church teaches and through yoga u heighten that connection to the divine and u see and experiece god outside d box the church puts god, the divine being in.

      @@matthewburton2153 it’s not dangerous. Pick the practice called Kundalini Yoga for the spine and do it daily for 40 days.

      Yes and without training or understanding of trauma based practices - things go sideways. That’s not kundalini. That’s a flashback.

    Can one be "born" this in rising already in placement from the last lifetimes? I was born with memories this time around & have never been asleep. Trauma actually suppressed my spiritual gifts when. Numb to survival mode throughout life. I was placed into an abusive environment this whole life, extreme abuse beyond the maximum or typical as the therapists say. Some even cried during our sessions. Was oppressed, narcissists surounded me. Died many times. Until recently found strength to cut ties with all abusers. No matter the title rather, family, friend etc They used to weaponize & guit trip before. Shadow work & breaking linage curses are my focus but the timeline has shifted. Time is shortening until the Solar Maximum.

      I think we are born with an awareness of spiritual energy and yes trauma long the way, social norms, external belief systems take us away from our truth. All the power to you for making powerful choices in your life.

    What’s scary is that you make it scary !
    Of course inner work is a step by step process and kundalini is not the first thing to try after a party. But approched wisely and with willingness it’s transformative and uplifting ✨
