@@katiebayliss8280 If Butlin's had kept Mosney, it would still do well, especially if it had the weatherproof Skyline Pavilion that was introduced at the remaining three Butlin's resorts in 1999. Ayr and Phwelli didn't close down though; they survived but became Haven parks in 1999.
@@sambee8982 yes I agree but it comes down to time and money too! There was originally 9 camps, was they cut down to 6 due to world war then they needed to invest more time into the other camps alot better, as u can tell now they’ve let themselves down in terms of the apartments looking a-bit grubby and the whole pavilion tent in Skegness needs redoing soon unfortanely and there low on staff at the same time
Butlins mosney was a great holiday camp/centre but now its rooting away abandoned
What on earth happened to it
They couldn’t afford to operate all 9 camps so in the end they had to only keep the 3
