    I love this!! I love how you talk about modifying your lifestyle so you can afford the healthier food & that you use being active as therapy ! because the Gut and the brain are directly connected that’s why its so crucial to stay active and eating healthy.. I want to share how I have incorporated my faith with my fitness journey as someone who is trying to get it together now . I had to stop spending money on things that weren’t serving me & used that money for what will serve me like you said. also instead of leaning on the food for comfort I lean on him and his word because man should not live on bread alone. Although change is uncomfortable you have to accept the uncomfortableness to reach your goals!! Also I pray that he teaches me how to stop when I’ve had enough & that I only crave foods that are healthy and nourishing to my body and ofc putting in that work at the gym/home especially when I don’t want to!!!
